Fully agree with your logic here.
The MMS have been managing this sale of 1.2 million for the past month or so.
Invesco are a major negative here and limit any trading in the shares.
I really do not worry about this as it allows investors like me to build up a sizeable holding at good levels.
One of the great once in a decade buy opportunities IMHO.

Another way to look at it is that a forced seller has been keeping the price down and now it is done the share price can move to a more realistic level.
I hope so as I will keep adding to my large position here.

That 21,000 trade was mine and was a matched buy/sell between 2 of my accounts
so to have exactly half of my holding in each account....just tidying up.

of PIA selling 400,000 shares to " settle tax due in relation to the sale of PIA".
Let us see if we can move up after this RNS .......I don't like seeing Directors selling for whatever reason
particularly in a so-called growth company .

Sagi is worth £3,5billion so no cash worries.
However he may decide to take Kape private if sees an opportunity.
That's is my concern.

So quiet here with no trading in any meaningful

We need some positive news soon.

There is no chance of the company issuing c16 million shares when it said it will be moving to being cash positive in the 2nd half of the year and the possible/probable receipt of the Government grant.
It is more likely they will issue a small amount of shares to existing institutions/Directors who currently hold over 75% of the total shares.
I suggest a placement of maybe 5 million shares at 40p+ to raise c £2 million which should be enough to see them to profitability ...I hope.

The EGM is to vote on any increase in the ISSUED SHARE CAPITAL by c50% of the current amount or c16.4m
shares in total. This gives the company the flexibility to issue new shares up to a total amount of 16.4 million.
This doesn't mean the company will issue this amount in the near future but sets a limit for future issues
without having to go back to shareholders for any share issue up to this limit.
The increase in the Authorised Share Capital is purely procedural and nothing to do with the
proposed flexibility to issue new shares.
The Authorised Share Capital is always set a very high notional level to avoid having to change
the company's Memorandum and Articles of Association which is a major matter.

In the Corporate update of the 6th May the company stated that the decision on grant aid from the Israeli Innovation Authority is due by the end of the first week in June 2020 which is by Friday of this week.
Fingers crossed for a RNS tomorrow or Friday or more likely next week.

I had to pay 261.50p for the 35,000 order.
Impossible to buy at the offer for large volume.
This could rocket if corporate event occurs.
So tightly controlled but what can one do.

Tried to complete my order in last 10 mins.
The offer was 254p
Now look at it.

Patience is a virtue but we all need some good news to move this share .
The news on the Israeli grant is imminent and then the EGM on the 22 June may be followed by some corporate action.
Still watching and waiting with optimism.

Teddy Sagi has brought his total holding in Kape to 67.65% after
buying the CEOs and CFOs shares after they exercised part of their options yesterday.
Sagi is fully in control here and it will be interesting to see what he will do next with Kape.
I predict corporate action very soon imho.

I agree the strategy of satellite entities driving the clinical development of individual drugs is difficult for investors to get their heads around.
Obviously you spread the financial risk of development of so many drugs at various clinical
stages and use the cash from "wins" to fund further R&D in wholly owned therapies .
The issue is how you reward shareholders in this strategy and ultimately you cannot keep reinvesting the "winners" cash in R&D because it will be all gone if drugs fail.
Dividends/Buybacks are the accepted ways to reward shareholders but maybe Puretech should sell up when critical mass has been achieved.

As a longterm and substantial holder here I have always respected Nolupus and his battle against the newbees and rampers that appear on the site
every time there is a spike in the share price.
He has proved to be very prescient in his views
and worth watching out for his posts.
My view is that there will be drama with IMMU very soon and the shares are worthe holding.

Lanstead sold around 5 million shares last week
probably de-risking part of the 13 million shares
bought in March for 10p a share ....probably offloaded at around 18p so recouped a large part of their investment of £1.3m of the March investment with 8 million shares of this tranche riding for free.
Nice little turn but not a huge vote of confidence in IMMU.

Always watch what Nolupus says and learn.

I have a major position since last September
and am holding....I am staying with the mercurial Teddy Sagi who is appeared on the Sunday Times Rich List yesterday at £3.7 billion.
It is all about subscriber numbers which were c2.5million in March ...I feel Kape can reach 3 million + by year end which could see share price at £ 2.50-£3.
