If there are more buyers than sellers price goes up
..this is patently not the case here.
Looks like next move is down with zero support on the buy side.

It is not good news if you can buy at or near the bid.
Particularly when the bid is at the placement price which was itself at a 56% discount to the pre-placement price.

The last reported buy on LSE was on the 16th July for 3808 shares at 12.8p
The ratio of sells to buys is 95 to 10.
There has not been a buy at the offer for weeks.
If there are more buyers than sellers the price goes up...this is not the case.
There are no buyers here ...fact.

Look at the last two weeks trades...over 95% reported as sells at or near bid levels.
If they were incorrectly stated as sells rather than buys as you suggest ( totally unlikely) the share price would at 20 p now.

Shown as sells at c 12.4p on LSE.
If they were buys at 1p below offer of 13.5p
it is a negative in my book.
Of the last 50 trades shown on LSE 45 were sells at around the bid levels of 12 /12.5p

Been here for 3 years and seen it all.
Maybe this time it will be different.

Over the past 2 years or so I have not seen Nolupus excited at any time just thoughtful and pragmatic .
I probably have a holding here larger than the combined total of all the posters here .
I will get excited when Nolupus gets giddy .
Having said that he seems to be a little more optimistic this weather and it always pays to need his views imho.

I bought large chunks at average 42p when market cap was c £12m which seemed paltry compared to the perceived opportunity .
To suggest that I should have waited to buy at lower levels did not seem logical given the facts at the time and particularly as Levi bought at 40p + a few weeks ago.
I am still a firm holder and a fan of Israeli tech and I have nearly trebled a large investment in another Israeli tech company...Kape Tech.
I fully agree that AIM can ignore the potential of minnows such as Ethernity and hopefully management can prove the market wrong.
I am not ruling out buying more but I am waiting for some deal news before I go again.

Kape will pay down quickly the debt incurred in acquiring PIA which should take less than 2 years and leave plenty of bandwidth for further acquisitions .
We don't need dividends in a high growth company like Kape.

I have a target get out price of c £ 4 for half of my holding.
This figure is on my fixed holding but I am doing
a small bit of trading as well.

So the company has raised $880,000 before expenses which should see it through until year end.
Now the race is on to secure big contracts with hopefully some upfront payments.
If it does achieve this it has a fighting chance of takeoff next year.
It cannot afford any more disappointments or it will be curtains....ie will be bought out for a song by a bigger player.
We are still in the game but management with plenty of skin in the game must now show its mettle .

The market is saying Ethernity is worth just over £4m while you are saying it should be worth 25/30
times that.
I admire your optimism and I will stay the course
to find out the answer.

Minor miracle required for Ethernity to get off the canvas now.
Faith in Levi and Barauch now at the lowest ebb
