I predicted imminent corporate action last week after Kape got rid of the PIA founders .
Sagi was not going to allow them additional rewards for Kape's future acquisitions and management endeavour.
Looks like another PIA size deal now in the offing imho

By my reckoning I think there is around 70% of the shares in sticky hands leaving very little liquidity if this baby takes off so you could see some serious appreciation if the herd arrives.
One serious announcement on China/ India/US OR GOD FORBID Europe then all bets off imho.

If Ethernity reach revenues of £50m the company may be worth £500m and David Levi will reap over a hundred million ..not bad don't you think.
In business if someone offers you 50 times your investment you take it as you never know when your products become obsolete through innovation and competition and expiry of patents et al.

Most investors like me want capital gains not dividends given the large tax differential...at least where I currently hang my hat.

This is a growth company that hopefully will reinvest profits in R&D and not dividends.
In any event a couple more substantive deal announcements will drive share price through the warrants exercise prices of 30p and 40p bringing more cash in to accelerate growth.
Forget dividends if Ethernity succeed it will be bought out by a big player hopefully north of £5 +

Invesco with 32% of the shares are looking to reduce position if price is right.
Hence it appears the NASDAQ listing will facilitate
this and infuse liquidity into the American ADS.
Invesco is undergoing significant change and is moving away from large shareholdings in illiquid companies with no dividends or immediate payouts.
Invesco may offload 10% to US investors if SP moves north of £3 according to someone in London who is normally spot on.
I have 125000 shares at £2.50 and I am looking for £5 over the next 12 months.

Share boards overwhelmed the system reflecting how popular the site is for investors.
Nice RNS today opening up another product avenue for Ethernity and regardless of the size could be highly significant.
I have been crying out for positive news flow and it looks like management are beginning to move through the gears for could be a major and exciting 2021.

The 5G juggernaut is leaving the station and the big boys are in 1st class .
Radio silence from Ethernity is not what investors want to hear for another 12 months
No revenues in 2021 and we are bust simple as that.
Dreams of making it in 2/3 years are fantasy.

The problem with Ethernity is that it's IP is opaque insofar as it is embedded like a Russian doll in larger complex packages sold by numerous providers.
Trying to ascertain forward revenues in the trillion $ 5G revolution for Ethernity is proving impossible for investors as we simply don't know the demand for Ethernity's products which are being "tested" at the moment.
No sales reported as yet even though the 5G markets in China are flying with the rest of the world ramping up fast.
That is why the faithful here is getting somewhat concerned particularly when 5G companies are being bought for crazy multiples and we are valued at £7m.
Need some news very soon.

One transformational announcement that the IPO is commercial and a major deal(s) transacted in China or elsewhere would immediately drive the SP through £1 and higher.

My sentiments entirely.
I don't want to sound despondent but surely no company can survive without revenues.
There is major consolidation taking place in the 5G space worldwide and the apparent lack of progress here is causing the faithful to get decidedly restless.
One deal today for £700 shows the investor Interest in Ethernity.
Management need to show what they are made of and do it soon imho.

The problem is that the 5G rollout in China is here now with the 300 largest Chinese cities expected to be 5G ready by the end of this year(2020).
No mention of any Chinese transactions from Ethernity while Ericsson is doing hundreds of millions of $ of 5G business NOW.
That is why I am getting somewhat concerned that the Emperor has no clothes!

I have a friend whose company specialises in private 5G routers to work at home employees.
His business is booming and has revenues to £30m this year from £ 10m last year all on the back of 5G bespoke solutions and private access routers.
Meanwhile Ethernity has no 5G revenues and valued at £7m which in stock market terms is effectively zero.

Yes plenty of stock available at 17.5p...I can buy 350k at that price.
Frustrating share with hundreds of billions of $ being spent on 5G infrastructure and rollout worldwide and to date not one single sale of Ethernity's 5G products anywhere .
Time and patience running out .
Levi needs to give investors something to keep the faith or sod off and sell the company to a bigger player.
