Lupuzor is still in the game but as usual nothing ever goes smoothly with IMMU.

I am not surprised that the FDA wants additional studies as part of the Phase 3 trial .
This was always to be expected after the first Phase 3 trial failed to meet global endpoints.
The FDA could have slammed the door on a further trial but did not and appears to be directing Avion to look at other aspects of Lupuzor
as we see in today's statement.
Lupuzor is very much alive but as with most matters involving IMMU it is a slow process and we will now have to wait another 4 /5 months to get final clearance from the FDA.
Nothe too surprised or disappointed as I am in for the long haul.

Offered 40k at 34p but resisted .
Did not want to drive the bus but will have a look again tomorrow.
My broker thinks there is little stock around as MM
refused to lower offer to even 33p.
We shall see tomorrow if games are being played or whether something else is afoot

Sudden spurt of interest today but knowing the company and Mark Reichenberg it is not driven by any leak of news from them.

Do not be afraid to mention trades just as long as the prices quoted do not contain decimal points!
I am sniffing around today and hope to add a few more....appears to be demand for stock so don't expect to see the 32p offer last much longer so I should hurry!

Remember the number of significant private
investors in Ethernity other than the original Institutional and Directors/staff shareholders probably amount to no more than 10/15 .
There are a few nibblers buying / selling a small
amount on a daily basis.
The avalanche of new investors will arrive once Ethernity reveals how it's nascent technology is moving to mass market revenues.
When this happens which I am confident it will we will not be talking about whether a 30.60p was a buy or a sell but whether the company is a takeover target at £3 or £4 .
A Nasdaq company in the 5G space at the moment is a minnow at valuations of $150m.

I was being very conservative regarding Vedanta and the $300 m Puretech share .
A big bounce on Vedanta's Nasdaq debut( March?)
would more likely see Puretech share being closer to $1b which could double the Puretech share price overnight.

Vor Bio up 112% on Nasdaq debut at $38 valuing Puretech's stake at over $110m.
And no move from Puretech share price.
Vedanta is next up for Nasdaq listing which could be worth up to $300 m to Puretech if things go well.
Invesco selling down so hopefully a proper market will develop in Puretech soon and see the SP move to over £5 where it should be now.

I would not be too concerned about relatively small trades being buys or sells.
In the grand scheme of things they are meaningless .
Just remember that Directors and staff chucked in £240000 of the total placing of £780000 last July
and they have major skin in the game .
News will come soon that hopefully will rerate the SP and re-establish upward momentum and crucially allow for the the exercise of the 30p warrants netting the company a further c£800k in funds.
Momentum is key for Ethernity over the coming months and a small bit of investor patience is required imho

Remember this company has a miniscule Market Cap of c£15m with patented IP of some value .
Unless management is incompetent which I don't think it is then longterm shareholders should be patient but nonetheless expect and indeed demand progressive performance.
The next 3/6 months will reveal all and I am a firm believer that Levi and the team will deliver huge rewards for shareholders .
We should not worry about small trades on a daily basis because when ENET moves it will be in multiples of the current SP imho

Levi is the driving force but communication is essential in the Stock Market.
Mark is a excellent communicator and a very smart guy imho.
Investor relations is improving but ultimately a CEO needs more than tech knowledge and needs to sell the company to investors which requires vision and delivery of promises.
You may make the best apple pie and sell 20 at the local market but your competitors are selling millions to Walmart and Sainsbury.
That is the challenge for Ethernity.
If it succeeds we will all be rich.
I think it will do it.

It should be noted that AIM is the only market available for fledgling companies to list other than OTC or European small company exchanges with no liquidity whatsoever.
Over 25 Israeli companies are listed on AIM and many like Playtech and Kape Tech have done extremely well .
Mark Reichenberg in his private business was the expert in advising Israeli companies to set up on AIM as it provides a wider pool of investors and a springboard to a main listing in London or even on Nasdaq.
Ethernity has done well out of AIM drawing investors from outside the UK ( like myself ) and the US ( 5G Fund).
Like I have said before the SP will not rise substantially on hot air or esoteric tech advantages but will on increasing revenues and its tech validation in the 5G tech revolution.
The big boys are spending billions on Smart Nic and related tech so Ethernity needs to be an early mover or be swallowed up.
Levi and the team know this and I expect a greater urgency in the coming months .
The 30p warrants are a focus now so they must have something in the pipeline imho.
Last Year 24 February 2020 Ethernity had a trading update on the 2019 financial year so the we should hear something soon imho.

It is interesting to note that Avion Pharma has submitted 13 filings to the FDA
in January 2021 alone in relation to its prescription and other medicines.
Admittedly some of the filings refer to additional use and revised formulation of the same drugs
but it illustrates that Avion knows its way around the FDA procedures which hopefully
will be helpful with Lupuzor.
Meanwhile, we wait.

Well we haven't got an efficient market on Puretech when the Nasdaq price is $56.60
or £ 4.12 in Sterling equivalent.
Currently, Puretech is trading at £3.70 on the London Exchange.
Pathetic mispricing and it has been like this the share listed on Nasdaq.

My sentiments entirely BUT when you see the multiples of revenues being paid for US companies in the Smart NIC / 5G space you have to believe that if ENET starts ratcheting up revenues this year it will not be valued at a miserable £15m for much longer.
All down to Levi and the management team now and I don't think they will disappoint imho

Final price for Solar Flare not disclosed but the company raised over $ 300m in funding since 2011 with Xilinx taking a strategic stake in 2017.
It bought out balance of shares in 2019 at a price multiple similar to Mullenox.
I may be wrong on exact final price but it was a large multiple to the $300 m seed investors put in.
Not that it matters much.

The only remaining independent companies in the Smart NIC / 5G space appear to be Pensando Systems, Napatech and Ethernity .
Netronome is a private company but with Cisco and Intel as shareholders.
All the others are mega US conglomerates....Intel,
AMD, Nvidia, Broadcom and Marvell.
And ENET is valued at £15m???.
An very interesting year ahead.
