The warrants and 5G between them can provide an extra c£2.2m in "reserve " funding in the near term .
5G is a funding investor that has not crystallised its shares at the current low SP for a reason .
It appears it does not want a sizeable shareholding and will be issued shares at much higher SP levels.
So in effect Ethernity has organised a "placing " in advance and 5G will exit at higher levels as deal driven liquidity in the shares escalates.
I expect a placing or rights issue later in the year as business volumes multiply exponentially but at a share price in excess of a £1.

I think you are correct in your analysis .
Tarana is now totally entwined with Ethernity with its product offering .
Tarana is expected to list on Nasdaq within 12 months at maybe $2b valuation if all goes well and who do you think would be a natural and symbiotic target acquisition to expand globally .
Yes you guessed it but not at a miserly £15m valuation.
The game is afoot dear Watson and we must make haste .
The significance of the Tarana deal has bypassed the market but not the knowledgeable faithful here.

The 5G Shares already issued have an average price of 22p
I suspect the selling yesterday is the rump of what it had left.

The company's share register would show shareholdings particularly in a small company like Ethernity so breaching market rules is not a option particularly with Anti Money Laundering legislation on opaque shareholders.

Also the company had to issue a RNS after my holding went over 4%
Ethernity's Nomad was very clear about this.

No ..I had to declare after 3% even though Ethernity is a non UK issuer.
FCA rules insist over 3% must be notified to company who then must issue holding RNS .

Tarana is valued at c $1b following the recent funding round as I have said in a previous post.
To disclose a notifiable interest of over 3% 5G would also have to declare any connection or contracts with Ethernity or were connected to any corporate interests in Ethernity.
This has not happened and I would be surprised if we see 5G as a major shareholder.

5G Innovation Leaders Fund LLC was incorporated in Delaware in August 2020 as an of the shelf vehicle to do the transaction with Ethernity.
It has done no other transaction and is not a fund as such.
We have no idea who is behind it and has no notifiable holding in Ethernity as yet.
The recent tranches of investment involved no immediate issue of shares so this is clearly a "friendly " investor who does not want or is not allowed to obtain a significant shareholding but purely an ally in funding Ethernity.
So Tracy you may be right about Tarana or persons closely connected to the business.
Interesting indeed but still conjecture .
Could Tarana be a potential suitor for Eternity in the future particularly if Tarana lists on Nasdaq.
All very interesting.

The company has said it expects to be cash neutral/positive in H2 of this year.
Confirmation of this will have a huge bearing on sentiment particularly as overheads are running at over £300,000 a month.
Hence a couple of deals with some upfront/ design fees would be welcome in H1.

To the wider Investment community and business media the announcement of a $400,000 deal with Tarana does not excite even though the more knowledgeable here see increasing revenue streams from this deal.
More newsflow and bigger revenue transactions are needed to move the dial....a small deal every quarter is not what Ethernity and it's management are in the game for.
I fully expect increasing and more substantial deals over the coming 6 months or so which will grab the attention of the wider market and maybe lead to badly needed broker and media buy recommendations.
First we need to get 30p warrants exercised and short term get the SP up beyond 40p.
Fingers crossed for the next critical few months.

The sheer madness of Ethernity's market xap is clearly illustrated by the estimated valuation of Tarana of close to $1b after the latest funding round.
Tarana is a start up with good potential and now wedded to Ethernity technology for its key products.
Makes you think about what Ethernity could be valued at on Nasdaq where I think it will eventually be listed in 2/3 years time.
Amazing opportunity for the faithful here.

I fully agree..getting into a partnership with OEMs where Ethernity's products
are embedded in the final offerings is a great achievement and will lead to
increasing and stable revenues for many years to come.
Further announcements of bigger transactions with OEMs in China, India, the USA, and Europe
will be company making for Ethernity and today's deal adds to its credibility and enhances
its marketing efforts.
The small jump in the SP today will be just a tiny precursor of things to come when the company
starts motoring this year.

Welcome deal news albeit not transformational or particularly high tech as with other Ethernity products.
Nonetheless it is reassuring after such a long wait for revenue news but much more is required to lift Ethernity into orbit .
I am confident newsflow will now accelerate with the announcement of bigger deals and the SP will respond accordingly.
Very encouraging and positive news.

Remember nearly 90% of patents applications with the US Patent Office are abandoned or rejected in the 1st year and those who persist through the gruelling ordeal of filing and submitting highly technical research papers and evidence of uniqueness and originality , have just a 50% chance of success.
So this is a great achievement by Ethernity.
Well done to them.

My view on the new patent is that the general market has no idea of its significance and how it compliments the other 5 US Patents in cementing Ethernity 'suite of products .
Some of the existing US Patents will expire in 2026/27 while others in 2034 .
The company I suspect is elated by the grant of this particular patent and I feel the management is extremely energised by the accelerated growth in 5G expenditure worldwide.
I have no insights into what happening in Ethernity but I think the company is on the move at last.

Nobody would be more happy for you than me if Ethernity is a success and you get your new boat.
You have kept us all here buoyed and believing even when things looked tough back in August last year with your erudite knowledge on the tech side and your unrelenting optimism .
Hopefully within a year we can join you on the catamaran for a good old knees up.
