Am I allowed to copy / paste the piece GBPs mentions in The Times? I doubt they'll sue for copyright.. Written before EVE shares rose 20% of course. It's by Ron Howard:
The chief executive of Eve Sleep, the struggling mattress maker, is to step down having overseen a 95 per cent plunge in the share price during his 20-month spell.
James Sturrock, 41, will stand down next month to take up a new position at another company. He will remain on Eve’s board as a non-executive director, which the company said would allow it to “continue to benefit from his expertise”.
Taking his place is Cheryl Calverley, the company’s chief marketing officer.
Eve is yet to turn a profit although its losses halved to £12.5 million last year after Mr Sturrock cut the cost base. Revenue fell 19 per cent to £23.9 million.
The shares were worth 101p when they were floated in 2017 but are now worth less than a penny.
