I've always thought that 0.5p (£30m) is a minimum fair value today, if you add the approach of profitability to the strong existing IP portfolio. If November's results continue to show that profitability will arrive by mid-2026, and throw in some further news on major customers, I think 1p (£60m) or even higher this side of Xmas is perfectly achievable.

How much would a bigger fish have to pay to buy Capxx is the ultimate question - especially if it becomes clear that they aren't on the ropes as they don't need any more discounted fundraises.

The interesting thing will be to see if there is some resistance at the ATH of 38p... Classically you would expect some, but the investment case and the wider market and geopolitical context have changed massively in our favour since 2021... In any case even if there is a bit of resistance I doubt it will last long...

Dafd, holders *must* notify the company to exercise their warrants - the company has to issue the shares!

As people have said, this is quite confusing. Surely there must have been more warrants than that to exercise? Surely virtually everyone who had warrants would be tempted to exercise them at 3x - 5x the exercise price?

Do the company only have an obligation to RNS warrants above a certain value, or %age of market cap?

I've said before, an MP-style mega deal with the US govt seems odds-on to me. Clearly the govt is willing to pay whatever it takes to guarantee 40,000 tons of domestic capacity as soon as physically possible - certainly within 3-4 years. Hypromag have a technology ready to go, factory design almost complete, and have already been talking to the govt for months. You don't have to be a genius to draw the dots and ask why *wouldn't* they do an MP deal with Hypromag? I have in the past suggested that Hypromag's foreign ownership might be an issue to an aggressively xenophobic government, but on further reflection I think that the jobs and factories will all be in the US so I don't think there's a massive issue, and in any case they're desperate. So I think an MP style deal now seems at least 80% likely - and soon.
