Just looking in here, I'm not quite understanding how the market cap here is sub £30M when it's seemingly now got all its ducks lined up in a massive project, and huge debt funding committed from some very credible lenders?

I've seen some posts that the CEO(?) has a chequered history, but surely all the major bodies pledging debt funding have done significant DD?

What am I missing?

Davey the way I see it the company was already worth 4-5p minimum today for Lyramid and Oncogeni, taking into account execution risk and holding illiquid consideration shares etc. So this new deal can only be jam on top of that :-) :-)

There's a level of uncertainty after the RBS but in principle it seems extremely promising. *Plus* we still have Lyramid and Oncogeni. I could see us hitting 4p resistance either today or this week. And yes you do sometimes get 200% risers in a day :-)

Agreed. At barely a £3m market cap, with all the IP moat and seemingly approaching breakeven, I would say it's substantially undervalued whatever anyone thinks about short term news flow.

Could be shorters selling yesterday and buying back today? Probably algos.

Yes the level of naked corruption and grifting by Trump and the Republicans is really depressing. But they've systematically and successfully moved the Overton Window a long way to the right - few US voters now care when their leaders take $500m palatial 747s as gifts from foreign governments, or remove sanctions from countries in return for contracts to build Trump Towers, or push their junk crypto coins and cheap Bibles as things that all "patriots" should buy. They don't even care that their leaders are convicted criminals and rapists. You have to hand it to them, they've been very very successful at destroying the most basic concepts of leadership in the minds of the population...

My main niggle is with all this stockpiling and separation going on, a good 2 years before the US Hypromag plant is in operation, with no capital money formally obtained yet, who is paying ILS for this work and 2 years of storage facilities?

Unless MKA/Cotec know that they're about to announce a major MP-style economic deal with the US govt imminently, and target FID within say 6-8 weeks, allowing them to start actually drawing down cash for working capital?

Guys you're saying that the company only has £24k left from the results to Dec 2024, have you not noticed in the UPSA announcement that they have sold Goldridge for $550k and may sell other minor assets? Should keep the debt being paid until Xmas probably, while the RTO is finalised?

What are peoples' feelings about a likely SP range if the new RTO goes through?

Agreed, get a high-profile DoD deal for Hypromag, FID on the plants and place orders for long lead time items, start up Germany, and get the SPAC away at the agreed valuation, and we could see 'opening' bids for the company of 150p this side of Xmas.
