Yes there's no problem here at all, progressing as planned. Probably a few bots and algos (and inexperienced PIs) read the RNS and saw a risk of insolvency etc... but that's only if the resolutions aren't passed - which they will definitely be, as it's in all shareholders' interests! Seemples.

Let's see NMH, there is never any guarantee in the stock market, and it's still far from a 'widows and orphans' share, but the risk/reward has improved dramatically after yesterday's RNS IMO.

PS I'm not sure the investor will have to issue a TR1, I think 4,000,000 shares is (perhaps deliberately) just below 3% of the new shares outstanding? Unless my maths is wrong.

The simple facts are:

* Convertible loan notes avoid the need for an immediate GM to authorise more shares.

* CLNs have *no interest* - unheard of in my experience.

* CLNs convertible at a *substantial premium* - quite rare.

* Relatively few warrants to be issued - unusual.

Conclusion: the investor is very very keen!

Agree they should have stated that this money will be enough to fund the drill. Conclusion: more funds will probably be needed. However the amount may be relatively small, and given the high confidence by this new investor, there appears to be many other options than heavily-discounted placings...

I don't quite understand today's RNS, which says that millions of options have vested, but then the key board members only hold a fraction of that number? Have the rest gone to other more junior employees? That seems unusual, typically more junior employees just get issues shares directly?

Yes, hence I said 'worked sell'. Sometimes the MMs will allow a trade to be worked throughout the day, they know someone has put in a full or kill sell at 40p, they offer at just over 40p and see if they get enough buys to fill the sell, and then print it. And the MMs have made their turn.

Usually worked trades are for much bigger amounts, but 30k shares is a lot for AMG!

Interesting price action, although still relatively low volume... Is it just speculators on news next week... Or inside traders...

It does sound positive in general, but it's slightly worrying that he's given his first interview to a Russian outlet. I hope he doesn't follow the route of the Sahelian military coups in recent years, who have in Putin's Wagner mercenaries to provide brutal repression of the population, in return for helping themselves to the gold and natural resources of those countries :-(. Mentions of working with France and the SADC sound more hopeful.

Of course the AI billionaires (soon to be trillionaires) will 'resist' being heavily taxed, whether income taxes or wealth taxes. Human nature is greed, after all. But they will have to accept it, because without being heavily taxed there will no longer be an economy for them to continue to profit from - and their ludicrous wealth will only have to be spent on private armies and missile batteries for their palaces. How many palaces, private islands, private A380s, private armies and maybe personal spaceships can one person buy? There needs to be some incentive for people to aim for greater wealth, or else we lapse into socialist stagnation, but dog-eat-dog crony capitalism and rule of the trillionaire oligarchs while 99% of the population struggles to survive, is not a desirable outcome either. Reasonable, fair and progressive taxation is the price we pay for civilisation, or else we will end up back in medieval squalor of the lords vs the peasants.

My main concern is the utilisation rate (which has taken a slight dip) and the forward bookings. If you look at the forward bookings chart in the Sept 2025 presentation on their website, it doesn't look very strong for several of the vessels. Unless that's typical, and those vessels are normally hired out for short notice work?

I was told by RENX's broker that it's something to do with UBS being an agent for some big holders or something. Very hard to understand. Also very annoying. And actually very expensive for RENX to keep having to issue nonsensical RNSes every couple of days, at £300 a shot.

I can't see it lasting, the Chinese have the West by the nuts and both sides know it. Even if they relent 'a bit' there are still going to be significant REE shortages very very soon.

Harena have a large, low capex, low opex resource in a still largely Western-friendly jurisdiction, and IMO could see pilot production within 12 months and full production within 18-24 months if enough money was thrown at it. Plus a 50% offtake with a US importer, albeit non-binding when signed in 2024, but I would think the importer would be desperate to make it a 100% binding offtake today!!

The coup is muddying the waters in the short term, but on balance I think will probably not be a negative. A couple of brown envelopes will get the thing moving pronto IMO.

The market cap at £11M/$14m is super cheap IMHO...

That's a massive %age increase by a private equity type investor... These American hedgies don't mess around, or waste their money... They must have a 'very strong inkling' that a corporate event is due in the foreseeable future IMO... :-)

I would tend to agree a 25-30p offer, there are more shares in issue now than last time. But it's also true that the company is now finally about to gain commercial traction and so is more valuable, so who knows?
