Does anyone know how many RENX shares are in a US share package? Is it 2?

As I say, if the annual revenues are forecast at $110m from carbon black alone, at high margins (50-60%?), and the plant construction cost for carbon black is less than $100m (which seems highly likely to me, it could be a lot less, or there could be a lower cost staged build-up), then it's really hard to see how the NPV in the FS will be less than $1bn. Low capex and Sir Mick's backing will ensure this gets over the line IMO, let's see what the post-tax IRR is...

And that's not even taking into account the Vanadium! Yes V prices are low at the moment but I recall that there were so many valuable by-products from the ore that the production cost of the Vanadium was actually negative! I assume part of those by-products was the carbon black, but even so the economics of the V production are probably still very positive...

Anyone got any thoughts?

Looks like 50p on the charts during that takeover period... So maybe 30p with the dilution since then...

If the process is as simple as some claim, ie. that ordering a RENX test is just a tickbox in a clinical diagnosis system, why would it take 2 years to start boosting RENX's forecast revenue?

Appreciate that the FS is substantially delayed. However Mick Davies recently put more money in, I doubt he's the type to throw money away, especially when he's clearly got an inside view on progress?

ThirtyfiveKR, your logic is faulty. There may be 4.4m potential patients, but (assuming all of them have a test prescribed by their doctor), at 5% that may indeed work out at 220,000 per month, but how on earth could RENX process 220,000 tests per month to make $209 million *per month* or $2.5 billion per year?!?! They would need a factory the size of the Pentagon! I hold shares here but let's not go mad. There is enough potential here that we don't need to wildly exaggerate it...

If RENX say on yesterday's RNS that the Tempus collaboration is expected to give them access to 250,000 doctors, how can revenues only be $47m in 2 years' time? At $1000 per test, that's only 47,000 tests per year. Are RENX expecting that only 20% of those doctors will order a single test per year??

Never mind 18p, I could genuinely see this at 50p in the coming weeks, especially if US investors pile in, and/or we get news of further deals with delivery partners... A market cap of sub $300m at 50p would be hardly demanding for a Nasdaq listed company at our stage, with such a huge market...

Agreed, as always results show *historic* performance. The share price anticipates *future* performance. And with the latest deal, and revenues growing rapidly, 11p seems very cheap!! (The US listing will help to realise true value)

NPV of $1bn+ looks nailed on IMO. 15-20% valuation today puts us on an SP way above 8p...

An odd burst of trading in the last half hour on a Friday... Looked like a slight recovery, then some sellers again but I found I couldn't buy a bean... Almost like some news is due on Monday?!

Hi all, does this company have a Nasdaq listing? Some have said it does but I can only see an OTC listing?

The price has dropped on open, but I can sell my full holding at well above the published bid price, so someone wants shares...

The results obviously don't read great, but investors already knew that the company had a bad year last year. It's all about the future, and whether their renewed sales strategy will pay off. Nothing guaranteed of course, but they seem to be making good progress IMO

Hard to see who's selling now, when the FS is due imminently. I can only assume that it's people selling/derisking their shares from the last 6p placing. I don't think it can be insider trading, as the sell volume would be much higher in that case IMO. Plus the directors and Sir Mick took part in the last placing.

Anyone relying on AI for their investment decisions deserves everything they get!!!

For example it's highly unlikely that FAR would need to issue "up to 2bn shares". If the NPV in the FS is as we hope and the capex is as low as we hope, they could easily get away with issuing as little as 200-250m shares for the equity component of any funding package - 90% less than what the stupid AI says!
