There are precious few REE projects outside China which are as advanced as Songwe. It could be in early production in 2 years' time if enough money was thrown at it.

As for the economics, if it needs $150 NdPr to be economic, then that's what will be paid. The recent MP 'deal' proves that the US and EU don't have time to p*is around - and they know it. In fact we might be at $150 in the market soon enough anyway!

So talking about the economics of yesterday or today is irrelevant. It's the economics of tomorrow that are relevant - put another way, the 'economics of scarcity'!

There's going to be a continual news stream for the next 6 months - further feedstock deals, offtakes, govt finance deals, FID, updates on the listing progress, UK and Germany plant progress etc etc. Probably 2 significant RNSes a month!

For a moment there I could sell higher than I could buy!

And remember that the $110 price guarantees by the US fed govt is a 'floor' and definitely not a 'ceiling' :-)

I agree that a real US style valuation might need us to list Hypromag USA (or Hypromag global) on Nasdaq separately... I also believe that that will happen in 2026, once the Songwe listing is out of the way... The opportunity is too obvious to be passed up, and I'm sure our management aren't stupid ..

Remember that the value of a company is not only in its profitability (or lack thereof) but also what other assets it has: property, patents, knowhow etc. Capxx isn't profitable (although should be soon) but it has some assets in its plant and equipment, but more importantly its patents. Any company's ultimate valuation is in how much another company would pay to buy it. How much are our very clever patents worth? A lot more than £20m I would suggest...

Yes a 22M share sell, that's what dragged us back down this morning. If there aren't any more of that size perhaps we're now free to move up?

To be fair you would assume there would be a bit of a premium for a £150k buy...

Meanwhile I'm hoping for 0.5p in short order, 1p by Xmas, and with continued good news and progress maybe pushing 2p by Xmas 2026? Still a 6- or 7-bagger in 18 months from today's SP, if it happens, no guarantees of course...

And there's still always the possibility of a buyout by a bigger fish, who I think would have to offer somewhere around 1.5p today, for management to show any interest in recommending it...

From what I understand there's plenty of room to sweat the existing Australian factory with additional shifts. Yes perhaps another factory in due course, but if the company is making say £5m profit in 2 years' time, that could support a loan of £25-30m relatively easily. Or as others have said, lease facilities or use contract manufacture.

Shares to buy, £600 million cap????? 😂 I'm a shareholder but that's not going to happen anytime soon! Minimum 5 years... But I suppose it is possible on that timeline, if demand grows strongly and management handle things very well... £30m profit on a p/e of 20... That would be a 10p share price *if* management can avoid significant further dilution...
