You seem to be implying that I have sold AEX to fund my investment in 4D pharma Frank. That is not the case; so I cannot "put some back in AEX now".... and as you keep reminding everyone I already have millions of AEX - I certainly do not want anymore. Indeed as soon as I think it appropriate (post CH1 soud) I will be reducing my holding in AEX to diversify elsewhere. Just like AEX Frank, I have far too much "stuck" in Tanzania and the sooner I can get it out the happier I will be.

The company does not need Board any changes to meet the challenges of being a "producer"; they have devolved ALL responsibility for production to APT with the control of the Ntorya License - AEX will simply be the receiver of a share of any income generated which, by the way, is unlikely to be anytime before 2022 and will rely upon APT to distribute that income. AEX was always a little "tardy" distributing any (Kiliwani) income to JV partners and I am sure that APT will be similar.

News may well be close but it would be short sighted to assume that the next piece of news will necessarily be "good" news....

"If listed will it massively increase SP". Not necessarily so but a Nasdaq or other listing will provide a benchmark for valuing the Company. It would be hoped that this would be considerably above the current perceived value (based on UK Market Capitalisation) and that this would result in a pro rata rise on the UK listed component.

The downside is that the Nasdaq valuation will almost certainly dwarf the relative value of the UK component and, of course, will massively dilute UK shareholders. Though the net result is still likely to be a rise in the UK share price in the immediate short term.

Hi Max, yes and keep it quiet but I have built a position here over 2/3 months partly funded by my Solo holding which I have now liquidated entirely. I have circa £21k (40,000) at an average of 53p.

Just to point out that I also once held this at close to £9.00 several years ago, so it owes me a few quid!

It might bounce off that £1.00 ceiling once or twice before breaking through it methinks...
