If this trial does take on more targets CH told me if it worked it would with Sarcomas high on that list which is I believe quite long for modi 1.... over 10 potential targets at least

I actually think it is a little early for that.... For me for now a Lindy proactive (long overdue!) would do and possibly some reporting in the science press... mainstream would come this trial has a ways to go and hopefully a lot more people to help as scancell learn more and more about this whole new class of Immunotherapy that could treat possibly every kind of cancer....That's the other thing this being so far 4 targets means we get 4 trials in the one... all BIG headline targets too... That only 2 TNBC patients have been dosed and one has already responded with stable... fantastic from the sound of prof Otter... that is probably not something seen often .... but yeah long ways to go... fact that everyone gets an immune response means team scancell science can science the heck out of this to produce moditope products that will benefit as many as possible.... surely the interested pharma eyes are now getting a little more interested :)

That is the thing the patients on scancells trial have or are failing to respond to standard care ..it is why the very early signs of modi 1 doing something positive are so exciting...... It's interesting that scancell think that chemo may cause modi 1 to trigger the mechanism against not just stressed cancer cells but stressed due to chemo normal cells thereby possibly diluting the cancer-targeting potency of the vaccine.... All 3 of the first cohort 2 patients had an immune response but seemingly for one it was not beneficial....These are the things that this trial will reveal and work out

It looks to me like Scancell wants it to be a decent data-wise one with 19 patients worth of multiple dosages... possibly 20 if the cohort 1 responder is included (you would hope she has been put on a Cohort 2 dosing regime) ...

Even before going into the Modify trial it isn't quite true that all scancell had was amazing mouse data....quite a lot of work has and is being done using human blood....Lindy knows and most of us know she is onto something here that could be rather special translating that into real-world life-changing products is another thing completely however early signs are good that at least this first product safely causes an immune reaction.... it isn't a dud is it commercial though? well, that is what we are going to be finding out but that the moditope mechanism is there means scancell have a whole new patented class of immunotherapy and a unique one at that killer CD4s..... think we'll be alright .... the issue is it will need tons of money thrown at it.... but this modi 1 trial could well attract and maybe even easily attract that...
