The trial was a proof of concept one and it did that .... it is too small a trial to know if this vaccine is better than current commercial ones as that would require a much bigger trial in many cohorts ... Will anyone take it on? Hmm I have my doubts because the space is indeed saturated and Covidity vax sales are going one way... down... the race winners are probably in and that race was won by the mRNAs of Pfizer/BioNtech, Moderna at least in the West as it were ...and in some ways, the race or at least the main event has been run... yes there is the booster space...I think what it does though is it makes the ImmunoBody platform itself attractive for being fully bought out or fully partnered rather than attracting a one-product Covidity partner...and that's not bad considering this SA trial was GOV funded .... much like the mRNA platforms in the right hands ImmunoBody can zip out new vaxs for new infectious pandemics and be utilised against cancer targets too

I'd like to think it part plays into the recent BOD signing he's the kind of fella who has contacts that'll listen and can get things done... The added aspect to Covidity is that SCIB1 original data does its deal chances no harm either its a case of look this is no fluke platform/product these guys have been doing it for years and have improved it and made it more patient accessible/affordable ...... Also if GSK once were the likely buyer of SCIB1 /ImmunoBody and not put off by electroporation at that time... I wonder are they still on the scene

The market response is pretty much Covid play is over for pi's..... If we had this data over a year ago it might have been different ...

We were never likely to get a deal done RNS before data... that would be foolish for a potential partner wouldn't it lol...... deal is done oh wait here is the data its a dud but cheers for $$$ Roche byeee.... nope now a deal can be done now the data makes it a like I said a deal=able product and indeed platform .... And then AvidiMab.... so it is a positive RNS they acheved what they set out to do.... Of course that does not mean they will seal a deal that is a watch this space and why I think Dr Jean is onboard

Yeah the whole point is adding value by proving up the platforms today ImmunoBody is proven up not only in Cancer targets but infectious diseases but AvidiMab is proven to be a ready-to-go antibody-improving safe product...Again the number of deals that could achieve in the current and future including already blockbuster products is staggering

I f does indeed show the versatility of the platform though it is no longer just effective for Cancer and we know it is cheaper to manufacture and store than mRNA ...I guess Dr Jean liked what he saw in the potential Scancells pipeline .... If he can't get big heads on the phone to chat about taking things forwards then I dunno

I think its the MDA drag which looks to me to be to do with Malawi's internal politics but the signs are it'll get done they desperately need it for national income plus the US/West seems to have political sway over the Malawi Gov in this area and they want it done... but until its done no big deals here ... need money to keep the lights

I believe that this trial was in young healthy participants so I wouldn't have expected to see severe illness.... this was more proof of concept once again Lindy shows ImmunoBody is a safe working platform and an improved one too...It would need that partner and much bigger trials to get to just how potentially potent Covidity or even a + version could be in preventing severe illness .... It is now available to any interested parties :)

But I think I'll spend today depressed that Covidity didn't wipe Covid from SA and the face of the earth.... you know like all those other vaxs making billions aren't wither lol

From the RNS you have a deal-ready product in Covidity yes it is a saturated target market but it does bring something different to the game.... You have a clinical-stage safe effective Avidimab ... Deal ready and wow to the amount of potential deals that platform could do!... And you have a whole platform of ImmunoBody now producing SCIB+ vaxs that are clinically proven.... Commercial potential there... Just need some phama connected guy to.... Oh hello Jean!

I don't think anyone said Scancell would take Covidity forward themselves. certainly, Scancell never did was always about attracting a partner... the data is now in meaning a deal can be done and indeed the product is not unattractive but more than that the whole SCIB + platform using pharmajet is looking a whole lot more commercial than it ever did...Be happy!

I think you will find quite a few had written COVIDITY off and had this RNS down as an SP sinker (yet to be seen))... now of course this RNS is no confirmation of a deal one... but it does look like a deal-able product .... AVidiMab now a safe clinical product and pharmajet a successful cheaper better and more patient friendly than electroporation delivery for ImmunoBody vaxs......
