I think you will find quite a few had written COVIDITY off and had this RNS down as an SP sinker (yet to be seen))... now of course this RNS is no confirmation of a deal one... but it does look like a deal-able product .... AVidiMab now a safe clinical product and pharmajet a successful cheaper better and more patient friendly than electroporation delivery for ImmunoBody vaxs......

Scancell described the Ichor device as proven they now call the Pharmajet successful after Covidity trial and will no longer use the Ichor device ....

No, I get it... Some want a trading opportunity and that could be one but to me isn't looking like a worthy one especially with Modify data and who knows what from MaBs/AvidiMab or indeed ImmunoBody .... it just doesn't seem worth it to me I'm not here for Coividity ... is anyone else? sure I want ImmunoBody to nail deals it is our problem child but failing to move Covidity beyond where it is ....nah its a free IP booster again sure scancell can word an RNS poorly and mr market can shift the ask we know that but who really is going to fall for that

Well, I can't speak for others but on an RNS saying Covidity worked fine with high avidity targeted T cells produced safely by our now chosen for all ImmunoBodies Pharmajet and AvidiMab proved itself safe and effective as well but unfortunately no one in the Covid vaccine space wants to move it forwards as the field is saturated and now this product is commercially no viable and that it. ImmunoBody remains a fine-proven platform.... I won't be pushing that sell button hard and doubt anyone now here is here for Covidity

Though I put myself in the not very convinced anything more will come of Covidity beyond this small SA trial camp... I'm not sure things with it are so bad as to tank the SP by 10p I mean ok scancell can write a poorly worded RNSs and all but really? ... It was mostly a free ride to advance ImmunoBody..,. the pharmajet element seems settled movinf away from electroporation is a great step and who knows what AvidiMab looks to have added... but again unless the trial was a complete dud beyond poor wording I don't really see a bad scenario... or the ones you mentioned in an RNS causing too much SP negativity... As if it basically just adds to the ImmunoBody IP it's surely despite never going anywhere a positive? to that platform and may, at last, make it at least a little more attractive to potential partners

There is of course the other possibility that it has caused some outside interest... the Interim wording is such that you could read it as we are not taking any further or looking for a partner ... as maybe one is found or the product is sold lol .... but I do again go with the more likely from experience narrative of that's done now back to our core aim of curing cancer ...

Anyways I think we all agree we have moved past the Covid play share position we were in as both the pandemic and scancell progressed since that was the case + it did scancell no harm it was a good move at the time ....anywayssss we'll see :)

What's bad? sounds like some are setting themselves up for a market reaction trade lol....
We already know trial participants caught covid after being dosed.... But we also know that is a complicated picture .... To my mind, if it shows it did what it set out to do -safely induces a high avidity targeted T cell response enhanced by AvidiMab and successfully utilising pharmajet ( that part we already know to be 'good') then what else?... what is bad? that it does no better than current commercial vaxs and hasn't attracted a partner?... or it didn't cause a T cell reaction at all? if thats the case why Pharmajet gets taken up when we know Ichor does work....

Data-wise with the Covidity there was what I think you can call one snippet that changed from the previous Finals report ....and that is ' The Company has successfully used PharmaJet® needle-free injection systems in this trial and is now using it in the SCOPE trial of SCIB1.'

Now that doesn't mean the Covidity data is such that the product has a commercial future and for that we also all know it means a Pharma getting involved but it does mean the Pharmajet got the payload to the dendritic cells to cause a T cell (high avidity) response...

I enjoyed that thanks BOJO ... nice to hear once again the reasons for investing in UK biotech too and the due diligence that includes ... Bet that meal was pricey though lol

I of course like the line of thinking that something great is happening around Covidity as in it has indeed found a pharma to partner it through to potential commercial fruition or indeed is being bought out completely ....

I'm not so sure though.... It could well be another SCIB2/2+ .... what who where... exactly - vanished!

Certainly scancell are not taking Covidity forwards themselves as we indeed all knew to be the case....... It is curious though that they have ceased to mention anything about partnership for it.... even if they haven't yet found a willing partner....

Another yet-to-be-revealed chapter in the story of Scancell :) We should at least get the data soon.... I reckon it will indeed tick the boxes it set out to but attracted a third party? .... dunno have to be skeptical from experience there..... like the MAB trial being 2024 ..... errrr :))))

He certainly fits with my plan (redmiles too of course:p) of pharma deals /partnership/s followed by the biggest ever NASDAQ listing :))) .... There is I suppose a small Immunocore connection with our Sam coming from there and him helping to get their NASDAQ listing done..... no I do not think it means any of that is imminent! Let's be having that data in first

I think you are right about Strategy C7 I notice in Jean's welcome to Scancell statement he mentions the word ... It is time for a new strategy that fits with where scancells pipeline is now heading which is more towards realising its potential as a Big pharma filling pipeline ... ... Jean now has a lot of getting to grips with just what scancells pipeline contains lol as well that is no easy task! ...

Yep team Scancell is working! Very hard :) but we won't know how hard until.......£££

Just remember... this is a whole new class of Immunotherapy therapeutics with the potential to treat most if not all cancers... No one else has it and no one else really can as scancell did that patent landgrab :) it's not CIs with the multi-patent issues and toxicity issues and then the expense issue, it's not CAR T tech that no one company owns that also has very serious toxicity issues and as for costs phew oh, and limited targets... nope and it's cytotoxic CD4s!!!! That makes it unique and of course, hugely adds to the combination therapy potential angle....yet tears over pennies :))).... sub 20p is all nibbles for me!

It works, sure we await solid data readouts to let us know in detail just how potently and how potentially commercial in its current form modi 1 looks in this trial so far, I certainly trust in team scancell science in getting it to work to its maximum potential for those who can benefit from it which may mean increased dosing regime and to tweak and improve future products as more knowledge and understanding is gathered from the trial.... did Lindy not say at AGM they are already working on identifying those TCRs (BioNTech collab) the trial is revealing.... I think she did.... and modi 2 will no doubts benefit from the trial of modi 1 ...

Also allows for the study of post-surgery tumor samples ...
The trial is still very early stage and the main purpose of this early stage was safety.... well it is and it also now shows it triggers an immune response and we know that means cytotoxic CD4s even in a dose considered no therapeutic!!..... So once I used to say the trial of modi 1 will prove whether it works or it doesn't I don't say that now... it works :) which is why I don't get the current deflation here ... well I do lol pi sentiment is a funny thing and once you get it you can make some good money trading it :)... yeah the last RNS was a deflator for reasons well discussed on here..... but guys moditope.... it works

The Modify trial hopes to include pre-surgery cohorts..... it ought to be a very comprehensive trial in proving the scientific concept of moditope and its potential therapeutic value .... so far so good I'd say.... because I'm thinking it's going to be about the dosing and finding that sweet spot in the dosing regime..... that a patient in cohort 1 had a response is I think very exciting and I do hope she has been allowed to have an increased dosing regime. that we have seen tumour shrinkage(significant!) is the best indication of what may be possible once team scancell science gets tweaking the trial and who knows eventually the product too if they work out what makes the biggest impact for which patients .. and modi 1 looking good with regards to safety and toxicity could well mean much higher doses are allowed ....And of course the other element all count... cost ... the ease of delivery and its killer CD4s!!! unique

I've had to readjust my near-term target to £7.50 so yeah not an £8 kinda week but you know.... plenty left to play for :)
