The mono late stage Ovarian picture ought to be a lot clearer by the next update it's looking to me like 70% have up to now benefited from modi 1 dosing I have read that stable disease in ovarian translates well into OS, of course, let's hope some have gone partial or even complete response.... Could be an exciting AACR with the revealing of a whole new class of immunotherapy that uniquely works with CD4s and has potential in all solid tumor cancers... Lindy may well be very busy in the states :)

I'd be more surprised if one weren't Seagen than if one is...... The relationship with them goes all the way back to them being Seattle Genetics and now scancells GlymAbs belonging to Notts Uni NUTACs

I suppose the possible positive is if they are not all three issued at once it does seem Mkangos is going to be the front runner but yeah for a nation desperate for foreign investment and getting its mining industry going it seems to have a problem with actually making that happen.

That's quite an interesting take I believe they also put JMC on the Immunocore BOD to ease that NASDAQ listing process through ...

Moditope as a platform can target ALL solid tumor cancers and 70% of people have CD4s that can recognise the targets moditope triggers..... Somehow I think we'll be alright here especially when you factor in cost ease of delivery and non toxicity......I'm nibbling away:)

Must remember the 14 assed includes the 3 in cohort 1 the none therapeutic safety dose to which amazingly one ovarian patient seems to have responded with stable.... it also reads to me that cohort 1 had more than 1 ovarian patient in it so out of 14 assessed we can say -at least 1 triple negative included (stable) at least 1 head and neck (partial) and then its vague but will mostly ovarian so out of 12 patients three of whom are on none therapeutic dosing 6 are stable ...
....But yeah to me it looks like a majority of assessed ovarian patients are benefitting with stable ...This is also an immune response so have to expect it doesn't just wear off - those CD4s are triggered now and memory cells are also created plus most have more doses coming ....
I do expect to see more partial responses and indeed complete responses as this trial expands and more patients are given a therapeutic dose...As Lindy once said there will be a cohort of patients whose cancer has really good autophagy and that respond to all 3 of the peptides......

The £8 prediction is from known done deals... the likes of Kite and Juno selling for $12 billion and $9 billion and the known worth of $21 billion a year revenue Keytruda to Merck and the likes of GenMab having a mcap of $23 billion for just 4 examples and then knowing this is our sphere scancell has a very novel of potentially disruptive techs pipeline... so yeah we are not there yet..... but we could be going there :)

Part of the speculation is simply because the latest update is not heavy on detail .... I mean that will come we will no doubt with more data we will probably get graphs or swimmer charts etc....

I read the data so far as that we have 1 patient out of 2 dosed head and neck patients with a partial response (patient 1 from cohort 2) that we have 1 patient out of 2 dosed triple negative with stable disease and we have 6 ovarian patients out of 18 dosed with stable..... However, dosed does not = assessed so it is difficult to get a fuller picture as it could well be that nearly all assed ovarian patients have had a stable response

I much prefer accurate predictions of newsflow than sp predictions unfortunately none of us are much good at that beyond having an 'idea of' what might be coming lol .....

Certainly, Scancell is not behaving like a company in desperate need of funds although we know by H2 they will need to be seriously looking to get some.... At the moment they are doing no Investor events (that I've seen) and haven't for quite a while though they used to do quite a few in a year also with 4 pieces of significant news and no Proactive vids for the AIM market pi's it's almost like they have money they know they will access more and well they don't care about the AIM market

My own belief has always been Redmile wants to get Scancell onto the NASDAQ at some point when the company has the data and deals and profile to make that a great move and maybe leave AIM behind forever...I also thought Zakari might be a plan B .... if modi was a dud we would have to rely mostly on the proven dealable MaBs so might be best to have them in a separate investable company - Zakari.... I dunno if any of that is true though lol... but the new CEO certainly fits with a Redmile NASDAQ plan

What was Redmiles plan A and what happened to that for them to go straight to plan B ?
