Older:- I don’t think bankruptcy figures in the shorters’ modus operandi. I just think they have probably found out through leakage or Stephen O that news is not imminent or blindingly uplifting.Which takes us back to the waiting game. The way forward.
IMO Omicron will be managed through technology and the doommongering is how the media and some fame-hungry scientists work and today’s more sensible scientific commentary should continue into next week. We have incredible nano-systems in place and are nothing like 21 months ago. This was expected!! I do however support the lightning-fast response and travel bans/ quarantines. Buys time to understand.
So the markets will probably calm soon (fortnight) and as such shares will rebound.
Although Xmas vacation may provide a source of worry yet again!
But imo we should not expect a rebound in 4D in present circumstances but certainly into Q1.
How can one invest without a modicum of patience?

Oxford Biosciences offered share options at 85p
Merck in at £1.10p
Directors own around 10%. 2 million at £1.10
We were at 90p 2 weeks ago.
We await updates. If they are late, it is poor, but if positive who cares?
This share can move 20p in a day . It is already at all-time low. Ncyt went up 30% today .
Shorters have reduced. We don’t know by how much. Under 5%
The science is not wooly.
You can’t push a river. More important that results are positive than rushed. We can’t know until they arrive. The market obviously doesn’t expect fireworks. But they have been caught out before. I was in SNG.
I am hurting too. Losing very large 5 numbers. Bernhard I feel the same.
What is left but waiting and patience and teeth gritting.

Latest research indicates that there has been a certain understandable overreaction to the variant. Vaccines are tweakable very quickly it seems. But the delivery of them? To delay the almost inevitable artival onto our shores by maybe 3 months is crucial. Scientists will already be unlocking vaccine codes.
We are not at square one.
But it was all set to happen really. Been predicted many times from largely unvaccinated countries. SA have had antivax issues. This uncertainty weighs on 4D and almost all shares. But in 2 weeks we will know more. Some kind of info from BOD on Blautix financing efforts or asthma would reinstigate communication. I don’think ( can’t know) Oliviera is not selling, but for me it is too cheap. 80p before.

Can’t see Oliviers selling at this level.
My opinion:- he would want the s/p up.

92 p for me but hold too many.

I think most traders on Nasdaq will not be rushing to invest in anything but viral treatment pharmas and testing companies like Ncyt.
We are now at nearly half Placing price. Not great for Merck . Directors need to address soon. Today was just a total sell out across the board. Ex SNG/NcytAvct

This really is a ***** of a govt. I have been involved in politics for about 20 years. (First degree in Economics and Politics.)Never more so than since March last year. MP good friend. Tory but fair. Ethical. All my advice since March 2020 was ignored and proved right. Up to 50 emails and letters. Just goes to show that these guys in authority really often know less thsn Joe Public about so many things. This lot in particular. At least Blair was clever!
The DHSC is renowned for being responsible to no-one and doing what it wants. Right or wrong. Money is its master.

Without positive Dhsc resolution Ncyt will still grow. I just hope they lose if it gets to court-out of pure principle. Don’t expect resolution in a hurry. I am in two atm and one took 8 years before the Plaintiffs destroyed all evidence and the high court judge couldn’t be bothered. The law is an ass.

It’s Covid that got Ncyt to £12 ( and an untrustworthy govt.)
I think DA will probably be less of a mug and covid and flu products will reach a global audience( don’t trust Boris) and the expension beyond covid and also into istrumentation is the sister growth factor. I always said give it time ( even when complaining). . Now more time. Then more. .

Lost shedloads as shoved the £ 22k cash into 4D as I thought Ncyt would retrace from £3 to 2.50 and I would take money out and repurchase. When it did retrace 4D had gone down 40% more. So double whammy. Lost so damn much. Roll with it. Been a pauper before.

I safly missed the spike from 240 on the one bloody day my holding was bed and isa-ing. FFS. Lost £15k . Had to buy back when bed and isa-ing. What sh** luck!!
