I am not joining the merry throng of backstabbers.
But I would be interested in hearing your present opinions.
I don’t think you were here when Oliveira sold before.
In fact a few dubious shapeshifters( one in particular) has not been here a while so may have slinkily departed methinks.
As long as one makes one’s own mind up regardless (and in spite of ) überoptimism, what is there to fear???

Oliveira has dumped before.
He is a distressed seller from Forte Biosciences.
He is likely to want the share price to rise again to sell but one can’t know. He stopped at just below 60p last time. He has been selling at 80p . We just never knew.
Probably at 90p too.
Things go on behind closed doors in the marketplace. We are the last to know .
But deals go on too.
Yeah we could go down to 57p again. Or maybe we won’t.
Ask Porky what he thinks. He has lots of ideas and experiences. No matter what anyone may think of him. And no-one has to believe him (or anyone else!) anyway.
I’d like go know what he thinks. Not many experienced holders here no matter whether you trust his take or not.
What happens to Oliveira’s shares?? Well many are actually retail sold. I know a few who have bought. You can’t hike up an institution out of the blue on AIM. They have hands tied.
Here’s to Monday. Whatever happens, it could just be games anyway. He didn’t have to release that TR1 today. He is normally 7-10 days late.
He started selling in September so it won’t be because of insider info. Too early. He lost $50m in Forte. Distressed seller

It all depends how much he wants to sell.
Better to sell in the seventies than now it is in the sixties. He drops about a percent at a time. Max was 11% in April and he has had 2 TR 1’s out . One on 16Sep I think without looking And one today. He lost a huge amount on a one horse race called Forte Bipsciences. Collapsed. It does not mean he will sell out. He may. He may not. We just can’t know. At least the news is out.
I’m sure mm’s will try to milk it either way on Monday. But who knows? To drop this much already in one day from 77p to 69p is a lot. It was much more gradual when he sold before.
Merck are in here at £1:10p along with a million from each of the directors-unusual for AIM .
Sellers can have their own reasons not connected to the company. He lost a lot on Forte…$50m ? Not sure exactly. He will still be selling here at a profit I would think…but why keep selling when it dips so low?
Can’t say though. Unfort. mm’s love to take advantage but at least the TR1 has explained the drop. He has been selling for a while I guess.

Next week will doubtless be interesting no matter what comes to pass. Forced seller got us here before. I don’t see a sign of the equivalent as yet. But we are always the last to know, eh?

There is a note of spite and lack of self-responsibility in quite a few peoples’ posts right now. They are focussing on people and attacking them rather than looking at themselves and their own responsibility for themselves.

I too see this share action as mm opportunism . What a lovely and effective way of worrying insecure holders into handing over their shares. Hardly a new strategy.

It is a well-known phenomenon that people of low self esteem are often magnetised to each other and project outwards randomly. Very well-known.
Unfortunately it perpetuates their false poor self-image which they artificially inflate. ( My training taught me this).

You don’t care about the content of my posts. The content is logical and unbiased and is meant to share and support investors. You are not interested. You just feel like having a go and that is so damn sad.

Drop today coincided with hefty sells as someone sold their holding at 76p. Was watching every trade.
Mm’s picked it up cheap.

This share is being held down anyway and accumulated it seems. Any share can go down further . Or rocket higher. Intelligent science keeps me here. I know a little of biomes. Well before 4d existed. Not speculative science.
Mm’s will try to extract our shares via many games however. It really is as corrupt as the Wild West. They knew they could get away with it then as well. I’ve been there and studied its fascinating( if disturbing) history.
Today was the result of sell orders put in.

Never expect a TR1 unless you know who has bought.( i.e. director)
Never expect an RNS unless results with a given date. Don’t ever (!) expect an RNS.
Don’t expect news…even when promised.
Expectations ruin so many things in life. Shareholding is one of them.
Let us wake up to the fact it is a cruel and unpredictable marketplace.
No-one should let themselves be seduced by any of the above expectations.
The City is dying for you to part with your money or lose it to them. It is a place of legalised and even justifiable theft.
Fall for nothing.
Look at facts alone
Very large director buys and Placing at £1.10. Nasdaq market. Many trials. That’s it.
Fall for no other short term expectations.
Market will eat you alive.
