I believe you are right in your approach. It was me that is missing in my application of the rules. I hadn’t read it all. Yes you did well to post that protected trade explanation. I really didn’t know that and it is an education to me. I thank you for that.
You have got nothing wrong about the trade information you posted. Don’t put yourself down! You got it 100% right.
It explains much to me about previous share action I have been involved in and it is excellent to now understand.
No I did not disregard it intentionally. I was being lazy by not reading t fully and just having my own agenda. Apologies.
There is a case for this here. Maybe. Or in many high volume or even low volume shares. It explains some very large after hours trades which are too big for one day or even a week. I applaud your caution in applying it here. We just don’t know.
But I, for one, am continuously learning the devious City ways. OMG it is another world.
We are the last to know ( unless RNS and even some of them are leaked…insider trading is rife).
Well apologies. I was not distegarding the info. Just being lazy. You got the info 100% right. And it has educated me. We cannot know what is going on here but your 15.7% acquisition is unusually astounding( even if few shares in circulation).
Unlike many others , you are too humble.
Credit where credit due.
Yes it IS possible.
Sharedealing is based on hypothesis which is in turn based on evidence or experience.
But without it one can never nurture important and relevant ideas.
I hesitate to suggest if there is definite accumulation . And by whom. Single or multiple . If indeed so. To see a large accumulator as possible until the end of the trade at any side…well…it changes the game a bit . And the mm’s know what games are effective for their customers!!!
I hate being bottom of the food chain!!!
