Ncyt have nothing to be criticised about tegarding publishing or the layout of the RNS. It is perfectly presented in its factual layout. That is all it is. A factual RNS.
No way in which it can be criticisedas such.
It says perfectly what just is. As such it is perfectly laid out as a factual document.
Avacta had to do the same.
Ncyt do not balance factual information with positive “ extras” . The RNS is perfect in its purpose of just giving information.
Can’t be faulted as such.
The lack of introduction by new CEO is sad though.

RNS was very coldly factual. As such it was perfectly laid out and presented. It is not the layout of the RNS in any way that is imperfect. They have to make clear any market sensitive material . It is indeed market sensitive-even if only potentially £3m…and then not necessarily. Nothing wrong with the RNS at all. .
The fact they did not bring in any positive information to balance it is Novacyt through and through. That is the only area they can be called to account for.

Been watching global warming effects on ocean marine life.
As a shareholder in Novacyt I empathise with the plankton. Remarkably efficient ocean ecosystem with plankton at bottom of food chain.
Still waiting for a “ hallo”. I don’t think I have ever known such lack of grace in business.
Yes I would rather they were successful . But it hurts and irritates to be a neglected share-plankton. Cogito ergo sum….I keep reassuring myself. Keeps me going.

Sharply critical and personal posts are just unnecessary.
It could be argued that they bring more damage and negativity than what they are criticising .
It ruins free discussion and our right to civilly disagree or stand up for what we believe in.
Often says more about the person who criticises than who they are criticising.

One guy in Austria lost his house as couldn’t pay . I couldn’t either and the stealthy mm’s blocked our free shares. Worthless. Left with 1/15th of my value.
Rest weny on Trinity which I bought in 2013 at ££1-£1.50
It fell to 1.5p I bought at 1.5p Saved my bacon.
So gung ho lost me. Gung ho saved me.

Thanks Woody. Appreciate you for that. It’s like the world outside. I’ve met enough ****ers in my life and been treated like sh** from kidhood to my ripe age. But I’ve met far more diamonds than clump -******s:-)

Everything I’ve said is true ( though you could never know that). I’ve lost everything but £1500 in 2016 and had no money as a youth or young man. And have known so many rich people die before me. CEO of Trinity ( my other investment along with 4D) died overnight in August. CBE. Founder of Centrica. You don’t get richer. I knew him very well. Good man. Another mega multi milli guy I have known for 28 yrs died in May at 52!!! Within 3 days of cancer diagnosis.

If what you say is true then you will have to just wait.Open-endedly. It will likely not reach that unless DHSC lose their case completely. And I agree with all you have just said. My b/e is more than £7 btw. So I have to resign myself to wait indefinitely. I agree with your assessment of the company yes. But I can never know if you are telling the truth…no-one can!!!
If you are then flog and lose a fortune..or stick it out here. You’re taking a risk anywhere and you’ll not make it up anywhere else. I am in the same boat ( if it is a truthful one) and choose to wait and see. Yes investor treatment has been abysmal and I do not expect anything better or we would have had a hallo already.
