So imagine a Us buyer buying a House in Scotland for least say 100000 pounds … Today it will cost them 115000 US dollars … so if in 3 years time the exchange rate 150 then if they sell the house they get 150000 a gain of 35000 USD in 3 years or 30 per cent just on exchange rate … the same can happen with Dark
