The Vote is not yet a slam dunk , the price will be important and also the value / strategy / chemistry of TB with Darks BoD

No news is perhaps good news … no rush , this whole process might take 2 /3 months in first phase !

The press has focussed maybe too much on ML and Shadiwfall … which are not expected to be factors by the BOD …. With some positive Press articles on Sept 8 that might support the share price until the actual expected offer !

Usa markets up yesterday - and the big Fed speech in Jackson Hole tonight … so far Usa markets holding up

So does that mean Thomas Bravo have acquired some 4 per cent of Dark already

Dark currently at only 50 per cent of Peak share price and the potential buyer may own no shares yet

A bit of humour certainly helpful - I think this could actually become a flying saucer pattern into a dark hole perhaps - or is there light at the end of the tunnel

Honestly if I were the management of Dark , I wiloukd try to strike a deal with TB ( even at Sheltie expected levels ) as the Uk press and investors not appreciate the full value of Dark Cyber business … I remain bullish on 800 ++

We now have a big cup and a handle …. If true then a huge rise can follow … let’s see

TB probably carefully still collecting information on Dark , before deciding on offer level

On results jumps 17 per cent aftermarket

Paolo Alto also jumped like a rocket over 10 per cent this week on results

My point is if Dark results surprise on Sept 8 then Dark could jump 15 /20 per cent or more from the old 415 p which means it would still be over 500 p even without any takeover bid …. Software the more you sell of same software marginal costs per sale are low so high profit possible once scale successfully!
