ML main concern now is the size of Fine , keeping his freedom , and loosing his weight , and giving back to the Uk community in Cambridge helping startups … he does not have the energy or trusted staff to create a new Dark … although he might invest in other Israel / Uk Cyber firms after the size of his fine is decided

Honestly this deal will help give Ml some extra liquidity for any fine , we do not want him and his wife selling 15 per cent of Dark shares into the open market , a buyout at 800 p +++ is best option

If I were underweight I would have added more between 490 and 550 p … the downside risk if you can hold 11 months is low as I would expect Dark 600 to 800 by this coming January ( without offer ) depending on Nasdaq , so Dark still a bargain with 50 per cent upside with 6 to 9 months I humbly believe

Don’t forget at least 3/4 brokers were talking about 1000 p

We have Optimists like me who were predictin year end 600 to 800 p months ago , Pessimists ( few ) and those like Sheltie who are in between and was predicting 420 p year end …. so far the optimists on Dark have the upper hand and moral high ground … so far :)

Dark has a Reputation- mixed so far in past year , so Dark were I am sure very careful before announcing this potential takeover , also this can be a great solution for Dark to partner with TB ( new mentors with k owl edge of worlds biggest Tech Markey , and access to Usa listing ) , employees at Dark will be excited , their new shares in Private entities could go 5 X to 10 X
So I see the probability of a Takeover now at 82.5 per cent likely with a price 801 p to 876.51 p a share !
Fingers crossed , no one knows for sure , the british government should be ok if in future Dark has a dual share listing in Uk / Usa

The longer we hear nothing , the higher the final bid price could be , TB must do careful due diligence , and then pay full Wack for the Rough Diamond of a company , Uk star tech

Do you think a Deal / Bid offer would be announced before then , it makes sense for TB to announce before Sept 8 … my guess is by Sept 2 nd to give Poppy time to respond by 8 th !

Interestingly both ML and his wife have not been selling this week , I guess they believe a Deal might happen and they wait for the 850 p a share ! Or 750 p minimum :)

We are close to 570 p so the market clearly believes Daily Mail was adding 37 per cent similar to Sophos …

37 per ceNT in my view could be added to 550 p , call it 40 per cent then almost 800 p easily …

Agree 550 p is where Dark should be anyway … so a Premium calculation from 550 and added would be fairer certainly
