Poppy and the whole of the Managemnt could benefit from good “ Mentors “ in Usa as the whole firm moved on from ML in any form if buyout materialises …

Also we all know Sophos , Avast , Blur Prism are more valued in Usa …

The strong US dollar gives a 15 per cent discount as I mentioned before , and the markets are relatively low , so lots of upside just in currency and markets , plus higher Usa valuation in future

I think it would be very Hard for Poppy to refuse a good offer above 800 p or more …

All I am saying is 850 p still cheap for TB … but who knows they may only offer 700 p

The price needs to be workable with all stakeholders , employees , fund share holders , and us shareholders and those who bought the 3 placements.. the board will also be looking at future growth potential of Dark and the fact that the market generally is low including Nasdaq !

Gents as I said Hsbc brokerage stops selling at the moment .., true story … does anyone else have Poly shares on Hsbc invest Direct platform …

Other platforms seem to allow Selling and some allow buying of Poly in uk so Hsbc has moved to being very conservative for now

I discovered how Daily Mail come up with 570 p expected offer price

Look at Sophos , TB gave 37 per cent increase !
So Dark if 37 per cent on 415 p it comes to 570 p ! magic

However Sophos offer 90 per cent of Sophos high
In Darks case 90 per cent per f high equals 910 p

so different cases , different history and different trajectory!

Sophos is the company name ( Oxford based also in Security software )

Sophia sold for around 580 p versus its all time peak 640 p

So it sold for 10 per cent below all time high

If Dark sells for 10 per cent below all time high then
910 p could be buyout PRICE

So now I increase expected offer to at least 850 p :)
