TB is aware of this , and UsDollar string , so an offer of 850 p only costs them 700 p in last years exchange rate ..
The big 6 shareholders no doubt will negotiate well

650 p would be a sellout , 850 p maybe less so !

My guess ( wild guess ) is we might see Dark move again upwards next 2 weeks

Poppy and TB will look to strike a deal above 750 p for many reasons I mentioned before - this is still cheap I believe

I guess only 50 per cent of shareholders of the company can decide everything do 65 per cent is easily enough
ML probably not happy Pritash Patel allowed extradition so he needs Funds as well for any fines , and he probably will think Dark going private solves a lot of issues for his ex colleagues

Woolfe below 750 probably won’t happen , above 1000 p unlikely too , somewhere in between most likely if it happens is my humble view , having watched this share trade since last year !

There are very good reasons for Dark to go private and relist again later in Usa with a partner like TB

TB are not pure vultures , they think kong term too , and add value …
TB would be sensible to offer over 800 p +++so at lease most current shareholders get something for giving up the future.

So certainly Dark is not desperate to sell , and has strong bargaining power ( this deal cleans the company of ML too ) and they could offer or promise to list both Usa and Uk in future with dual listing ..
