If you believe the deal will happen at over 750 p then 510 p looks good

Normal short term profit taking 530 down to 515 before up again I believe

Yes discussions could stop anytime I guess , or become Hostile take over … however this takeover by TB could be an excellent solution … ML bought out , and Usa valuation later when list again … US dollar strong do give TB greater power to offer more fair price to get the deal done ….
I doubt if talks will end this week , although CEO did clearly say talks not guarantee firm successful offer , I think she also hint that the Price would need to be very attractive . Other suitors like Microsoft and others will be looking at joining the party maybe next week ..

So this has legs and serious

Top management have a lot of shares too … so if they sell out at say 800 p then TB would need to give them new shares in the Private entity ……

The good news is Dark valuation in this potential takeover to a private company could be valued closer to USA cyber companies … that’s a big jump already

Also US dollar 10 / 20 per cent stronger than before do they can afford to offer 10 per cent more because exchange rate of pound to US dollar likely to recover

Agree Bococa - except USA valuations are double let’s say … so 660 p IPO and 50 per cent 930 p plus another 50 per cent is 1400 , do prefer 800 p to 1000 p … please :) :)
