Why didn’t they offer a number for Dark upfront , as next 2 weeks the price could head back towards 700 p … or more

Thomas Bravo offer could be near 1000 p finally

I hope tomorrow we jump ( for starters ) , somewhere between 570 p and 635 p :) :)
For starters …. Then 850 to 1000 p offer

1. Thomas Bravo are one of best in Software investments
2. usd is strong by 20 per cent so already a 20 / 30 per cent discount below historical USD / GDP
3. Going private removed any ML hangover
4. The price multiple in Usa is 7 X to 10 X so big safety cushion
5 . Thomas Bravo are experts in Cyber security companies too … so a Marriage in Heaven
6. perfect timing as Dark by next year profitable and would trade at 1200 p

My only concern is the price , I believe a price above 3 brokers quotes of 1000 p a share , I could accept ….

ML is distant from the company now , so no issue , especially if the company goes private

Yes for Tax reasons mostly a few employees sold shares at around 420 p in April , don’t forget the full lockup of all share expired I think just 2 weeks ago !
If we jump to 550 p tomorrow ( today in Asia ) … then still room for 800 p to 900 p offer at least :)

Yes Pussygalore - I am in Asia at the moment again , and got early night sleep .. so missed this news completely….

Honestly I don’t see Dark selling for less than 800 to 950 p to Bravo based on valuations of Price to sales or price to earnings … Bravo are picking just the time before Dark would have boomed anyway in 12 months , So tomorrow even if we close at 550 p , the final offer needs to be closer to 900 in my humble opinion …
Employees of Dark will want more , the venture capital funds will want 1000 p :)

I would be disappointed with any offer bellow 900 p … Dark sold a tranch last year .. was it 720 p …. They sold 3 tranches of shares ranging from 600 to 720 p …
KKR and others surely will insist on 800 p and over ?

I see Thomas Bravo often interviewed on Blolmberg , they are experts on Software investments

The timing just before September 8 results , which could be great ….the only problem I see with this is the Darks management could be bought off with incentives in return for shareholders getting less , however KKR and the other bigger investors will want their pound of flesh to sell out

All I am saying is Thomas Bravo are great , and Dark is worth closer to 900 p than 400 p today .,. Let’s see what happens tomorrow …:)

The Chsirman of Dark bought shares at 600 p last October around , and do you remember Dark did a few big share sell offs at various prices , so above those levels , I expect a high price … 900 p ? :)

Consolidate this week at around Fridays close is still good

Bitcoin dropped to around 17700 now recover to over 24000
Ether up from 1100 around to 1900

Apple , Amazon , etc etc all bounce back

So just on a trend basis , normal for Dark to bounce back too

Nasdaq / Usa indirectly impacts Dark , but Dark actually doing well too , so I expect a fast 50 per further rise from here in next 5 months …

No one knows , but looking good , and 400 p the new resistance , or more likely 410 p .. and Up up from here after testing maybe .. or no test yet , but 450 is good next target
