In Takeover clearly Dark expected more , probably north of 800/1000 p
TB are a great outfit and would have been a great match , and timing was perfect … Us Dollar strong

Now I guess TB waiting for ML issue to clear more fully , and we might see a placement of ML shares later this year together with his wife’s shares

Old gold - yes I was hopeful that a takeover would happen - but I never suggested anyone buy shares in this recent few weeks as the takeover not certain …

In a Takeover situation no need to ramp , the buyer pays the price !

Clearly the good news is Dark thought they are worth a lot more than potentially being offered … that’s good news !

So do t worry 400 ++ should be hit soon , then towards 500 ++ on good results today !

TB and Dark probably have know for days or even a week or more that no deal will happen ( the price not right !) so must be quite a huge difference in price expectations maybe TB offer 750 versus Dark expects 1000 p , who knows

So plenty of time for the sharks and people like Shadiwfall to have taken shorts

However SL Dar Volume not huge , which is a positive signal

As others have mentioned we were 430 p before the TB talks and with good results would now be near or above 500 p without TB ! So expect this share to turn upwards ..

I think the discussions were too Preliminary to have the announcement… ie no way near on price … now below where we were when this started - very disappointing - driven by Shadowfall and others short term possibly and those sucked up in the hype news about a potential takeover - what a joke

How much were TB thinking of offering .. they will be trusted less now in Uk after this mess … even with strong dollar , seems like Dark and TB did not even get close to a number .. so either Dark expectations were way to high IR TB way too low .. I guess the latter !

Sadly some investors bought as high as 560 p in past few weeks , based on all the news we saw about potential takeover bid … the timing seemed good , TB may have missed their chance …

It makes no sense for Dark to be below where we were before the Bid news …

The Good news now is Dark is in profit , and that should lead us back quite soon to the 500 / 600 p range again

As pound strengthens … if and when … then the advantage of cheap pound may force Us buyers ti move quicker … the problem is , where is the bottom on the pound
