It's going to be interesting watching the market open tomorrow, I think it's going to take a while to settle.

It'll be even more interesting to see what happens with Synairgen. If the price falls then I could be sorely tempted to put the rest of my disposable cash in (not a huge amount anyway) as this is such a pivotal spell we're coming into.

If we start off in the blue though then the shipay have sailed and we could be set for some steady climbing this week.

Not the most exciting but I love a government owned banking share.if they drop again I will be on it.

About 2 or 3 months ago Natwest dropped to a low of about 90p,now back up near 130p. Any sort of good news on a Brexit deal will also impact that.

Also have the security that they are never going to be allowed to collapse, no matter what happens to the economy, as practically govt owned.

And if it's not in this Thursday please don't give bagitup too hard a time!

They have just passed on what they have been told from a source and i am sure lots of us appreciate that being shared, and accept the risk that its not a nailed on certainty. It's definitely not a deliberate or malicious attempt to mislead people - in my opinion.

£100 a share should see me mortgage free and a bit left over in the bank.

I just feel that things like that don't happen to me! I will have to lie to my wife and say I got twice as much though as she isn't fully aware of how much I have invested!!

A couple of quick points.

Firstly, we don't know how much importance Synairgen placed on the peer review. Having this reviewed and published in August/September would have been great for us shareholders who just want to see the price go up, but it would be meaningless of there was no phase 3 set up or route to production.

I have said before - everything is being done for a reason. The lack of peer review hasn't stopped Synairgen in any way. If the review is published now then it may actually be perfect timing - a reminder for people that here is a hugely effective treatment and wait a minute they are also ready to start producing hundreds of thousands of units and have further data from home trials etc to further prove efficacy.

People will be fighting to sign up for that!

£4 isn't really based on anything in particular to be honest. Just it would show a nice wee profit in my IG account and I could see my fingers getting twitchy and withdrawing some of that.

I do think that target will be revised as more news comes out. Maybe I am just naturally quite cautious and don't believe I would be lucky to stumble across an investment like this which of it did end up at £40 or £50 would be genuinely life changing.

I say all that, but then I read the links and if things do go well in phase 3, which the seems promosing, there is no reason why this wouldn't just take off.

BOJO - I agree with everything your saying. Potentially the value of this drug is almost incomprehensible just now. If this really can save hundreds of thousands of lives and keep people off be dilators, maybe even out of hospital altogether, then £10 is nowhere near enough.

Targets may change depending on what happens but in the short term if we can hit those £4 and £10 numbers then I will be happy. Will Keep re-evaluating as we go though.

There are still so many variables which could affect us. My average is 1.63 and realistically if the SP goes near 400p I may struggle not to sell. I guess it will likely depend on what the news is that has led to that increase though. Anything beyond 1000 and I am starting to get into dreamland.

Sometimes answers may come across as aggressive but are not intended that way. If you're interested in Synairgen the best thing you can do is read the RNS's to understand the current position, read the Reddit page and do a bit of your own research.

Anyone coming on here asking questions, looking to just be handed all of the information on a plate is likely to get an unwelcome response.

My mind tends to wander when I am out running, especially given some of the posts on here. I find myself thinking about what happens if the price doubles, or what if it goes to this price, or this price. Before I know it I have myself mortgage free and in a new car. Nice to dream though!!

I bet some of you have great stories about magic Monday. Did you see the news or RNS first and then I presume you spent most of the day just glued to a screen watching the price rise?

What sort of prices were people talking about at that time? Did the 230ish mark meet the expectations or exceed what was expected?

There are a lot of posters here who were invested when the phase 2 results were announced (unfortunately I am not one of them).

With a lot of new investors and people on asking about phase 3 and home trial results I wondered if it might be worth reflecting on the days/weeks leading up to the phase 2 results being published.

Did people have the same level of anticipation? Were there any leaks about when the results would be out, how the trial was going or was it silence until one day they were just published and in the news?
