Could Astrazenica not still be approved to provide the higher, but less effective, dosage?

Just do a Google search of Covid vaccine side effects - there is plenty to look at, and this now coming from medical people. It's the same with all vaccines though.

I'll settle for it being quiet on here for a while. Maybe that's the one bonus of a low SP - might get rid of some of the people who come on just to whine, moan, gloat and just generally talk nonsense.

Those that are left can get some peace to wait for the results to come in.

There is the link pmjh shared yesterday which showed we're doing something in the US and the NIHR article which says we're being trialled across 20 NHS sites as a matter of national priority.

A lot of focus on the home trial and phase 3.

Both of these are hugely important but let's not forget we are also directly involved in trials being run and monitored by the UK and US governments.

They will see first hand how the treatment works and I suspect any orders or EUA will come from these trials rather than reviewing the results of trials we are running ourselves.

He is hardly a neutral source though.

I am sticking in until the end of phase 3, come what may but the window of opportunity seems to be shutting. There are soon to be 4 effective vaccines being given in the UK - when the jags start our SP will really fall.

People were very optimistic at the start of the month, and there is still a lot to be optimistic about. It's disappointing that there hasn't been more in the way of news so far. One meaningful RNS over the course of the month is somewhat disappointing. Need to hope things speed up a bit over the short term.

There are a few of us in the red. I am just going to avoid looking on a daily basis now. Nothing is going to change for the better until we get some news so I will just wait for that.

Although in the red, a successful home trial, EUA or other significant event could see things change very quickly so not cutting my losses and running.

Not depressed or a lost cause - I wouldn't go that far. As I said, this is a fast moving space and Synairgen need to make sure they stay up front. The big pharma's won't let them take the limelight easily. But hang in there - there might still be bigger losses to come before we start climbing again, but I genuinely believe the best is yet to come.

It might be hard to wait it out but in 3 or 4 months we could have some amazing phase 3 results published and treatments ready to roll out.

The logical part of me agrees Bella, which is why I will remain invested here. Medical professionals need a range of treatments to treat the patient - there will be no catch all to simply treat the virus.

We have a lot still to come over the next few months but this is a very fast moving space. The seminar on Wednesday gave some good insight but there are still many unanswered questions and I hope we don't fall behind.

Having a wee bit of a worry this morning. It's concerning that other treatments are getting EUA and we seem to be continually jumping through hoops for any level of recognition.

The Astrazenica treatment is also potentially a game changer. Although the NIHR have said Synairgen is a national priority - I think it's clear where the government would prefer a treatment to come from.

I'm sure all will come good in the end and we'll find out place and be fine. Just feels like were being made to take the hard road to get there.

Positive home trial results or interim phase 3 results would maybe be the only things which would push the share price to that level - but that would maybe just be short lived before going further north.

You can only choose whether you sell or hold based on the information at that time.

If someone offered me £10 tomorrow then I would snap their hand off for it.

But for this share to get to £10 a lot of things will have happened. To reach that there would be various approvals, trial successes and orders. In that case I would be likely to still hold at £10.

On the one hand we have a post that the share price could rise to £480 and someone worried whether they will break even at £2.03.

I'm sure the truth will be somewhere in between - but still doesn't stop me dreaming of Oil's best case SP coming true.

Can anyone recall from the seminar on Wednesday evening - was there anything mentioned about where we are with production?

I know Synairgen are increasing to 100,000 treatments per month but that's not until early next year.

What if we are looking at this the wrong way? The government couldn't announce EUA if Synairgen are not in a position to supply.

Maybe they are waiting for us to scale up. By the time we do, there will be even more evidence to support use and safety too. Announce now and then get a public hammering for announcing a treatment which is only available to some.

I will take a 20% rise off the back of a 1 hour, fairly low key presentation by our CEO.

Shows the esteem he is held in and the value he brings.

Idont want to speak on behalf of anyone but the desire for an RNS seems to be more related to announcing news to stop the slide of the share price.

If you're planning to be here for the long term then the SP today, whilst not pleasant, is not really relevant. The Sharesoc seminar and any updates from that are likely to be of more value as that may give us the assurances about progress and plans.
