Very cryptic Oakleaf. Is this activ-2 related?

This time last night the board was a hive of excitement following the publication on a study and an article by SH.

Tonight it's dead......but that's probably preferable to people arguing with the trolls.

Today was a(nother) damp squib, but remember nothing has changed. The science is still sound, patients still need treated and phase 3 will begin soon.

Just think of any further dips as a chance to top up if you're looking to do that as P3 starting will see us beyond placing.

Have a nice night and hopefully by tomorrow Man It's will be top of the league.

Maybe TB started the rumour to create a spike and cash in the rest of his options.

I can't wait for us to break 180.

Some of my friends from football took (imo) too much pleasure in watching the SP drop after I told them of my investment. I have some nice GIFs lined up to celebrate 180 - think along darts lines.

Most of us expect it to contain details of first dosing only but if it contains other news too it could be golden.

I wouldn't expect this to go too high today with no news. Anywhere between 160 and 180 would be my guess.

The articles published yesterday may not have as big an impact as we expect. As we've said all along a positive P3 and confirmed orders will be what pushes SNG to new highs.

What the news yesterday does is:
1) Gives us more confidence that the results from P3 will be positive.
2) Let's SNG show governments and big pharma's exactly WHY the product works. This is huge for driving future orders.

For me, the world is still very much vaccine focussed but once those pieces of news above start landing I think we will see a huge rise.

In saying that I still expect to see some nice increases between all that too. Starting with once we confirm first dosing in P3.

Are they saying now you only need one injection and it's 100% effective?!

Pretty sure I am on record as saying the first dosing would be on the 11th and RNS the following day.

The timing of the article from Sir SH is more than coincidental.

Data is king - the mantra of the SNG team. The data is now beginning to show what many on this board have believed all along, and I think could have been proved long ago if SNG has been given more support.

The article is enough to air frustrations at the government approach but without making enemies which may hamper future progress.

I said a long time ago that SNG were following a master plan which we couldn't fully see. I think we're getting closer to the end game now and should see some nice results coming soon.

With the current SP there will be a lot of investors out there who have already banked a nice profit. Of the SP starts to take a hit tomorrow it could end up with a lot of people getting spooked and deciding to take their money - leaving a very uncomfortable day for the rest of us.

That's maybe a worst case scenario though.

There could still be positive news coming this week and high demand from investors so it is entirely possible that a rise could be coming. A 7am RNS would be most welcome!!

Great to see some positivity again on the boards today and over the weekend. Of course it always helps when the optimism is backed up by a nice rise in the SP too.

An exciting few weeks and months coming up. I hope the LTH's get the rewards that their patience, research and conviction is due.

I think what we are seeing is a part of a growing body of evidence supporting the crucial role interferons play in preventing the worst damage caused by Covid.

We also have a growing acceptance from the scientific community that vaccines may need to be given on an annual basis and that Covid will likely contain to produce new strains.

Add to that the political dimension now that countries have experienced multiple lockdowns at huge economic cost, and we have a situation where Synairgen may just have the right product at the right time.

Were the sun interested or is this a first email you are sending to them?

Same as my approach @Teamwork, the price I want will change depending on news and progress at the time.

Just now £3 seems amazing, 100% more than the current SP. But the news which carries us to that may mean we actually want to hold for longer....

Are there any other small pharma companies who have achieved what Synairgen have to date?

Things are not progressing as quickly as we would all like in terms of approval but huge strides are being made. In 4 or 5months we will have results from P3 and who knows what else.

No, I think we wait - good things come to those who wait.

I've never tried setting up a phase 3, multinational, multi-site drug trial during the biggest pandemic in our history, but I would bet it's not easy.

Things very rarely go to plan on any project. We've all had our frustrations with Synairgen and this pandemic but cut the team some slack.

Do we think RM is playing the long game here?

The FDA trial website has our potential trial end date as the end of May. The recent Synairgen job adverts made reference to increasing drug production by the middle of next (this) year. Are we most likely looking to get approval this year but then really being a big player next year?

It's all very worrying. The daily variations in the SP will be miniscule and the least of our worries if house values crumble, mass unemployment hits, tax increases etc due to us being in a semi permanent state of lockdown.
