Really need to see a resolution to the DHSC dispute ASAP, the longer it takes for a resolution the less impact it will have on the SP when the news comes.

Sales could be booming currently but the SP needs to make some hay before Covid sentiment potentially disappears from the market and revenues on Covid stocks are viewed as very finite.

Surely H1 results will give a boost this week though.

Definitely the dispute needs to resolved to move this if there is no other news.
But a big deal RNS would also get this moving.

What we need is an RNS for a nice big recurring order!

My point is just that buying shares in a public company doesn’t really do anything to help the company or society in general.

It’s not a philanthropic action.

The money you pay for your shares simply goes to another investor. Unless you also buy shares when their is cash call on investors.

I agree though Kaeren, but it seems people’s motives for investing seems to be questioned here all the time, “just a trader etc”... nobody seems to have an issue with that.

The company doesn’t need to scale to a billion revenue to justify a much higher market cap.

The issue is the revenue of 277m isn’t really because the GM has truly scaled up business, it was kind of a windfall, right product, right place, right time but ultimately a demand which will subside.

Basically a lottery win, he didn’t create the demand, although granted they were quick enough to meet it, hence the huge SP rise but then the fall.

It is also a market place where profit margins will get lower and lower.

If they can show they can generate even just the existing revenue outside of Covid the SP would easily be many times it’s current one.

That is key, use that cash for some solid non Covid M@A and this could take a huge sustainable leap.

SALES ORDERS! It’s a simple as that!

There is no conspiracy with the SP, they is nobody forcing it down to try and buy the diagnostics part on the cheap.

The SP was built on expected orders of LFT’s that AS pretty much promised. The grace period is well and truly over. If AS can deliver orders then this will go shooting back up. If he can’t then we need some great results from AV6000 to help this climb again.

I am however confident that orders will come for the LFT’s, it’s just that fact that as with everything with AS, they weren’t quite as far along as he lead us to believe.
