Would be great to believe the DHSC dispute is sorted but surely that type of information would be fairly leaky and would cause some sort of rise, but instead the SP had had another significant fall this week.

Fingers crossed though for some news next week.

Pondfrog, I am sure you can do it, as many do, on FTSE shares will low spreads and high volume.

But if the share moves against you like yesterday, it did nothing but drop, you are then trapped, opened up further down again today.
So you bought in yesterday looking for 3% and ended potentially 5-10% down...
My point is this share with such low volume and constantly being on the slide isn't a share to try and day trade.

Pondfrog is talking best case scenario of timing the days low with the days high, which is impossible!

Plus there have been hardly any big trades or volume, and when you take into account the spread of over 1% it just wouldn't work day trading this share, for most. And trading over a week would be even worse as like I said it's just been going down.

If you want to day trade you would do it on US stocks.

Would be very hard to trade for most when the share price has pretty much done nothing but go down.

The spread is always quite big too which makes it even more difficult.

Definitely possible for some to trade from here, but again that is assuming the share price goes up.

Market cap at 240 million...

Surely a takeover must be on the cards if it stays here or drops lower, just a rumour of one would help!

It was alway going to drop first thing, could easily get a rebound later.

Testing is far from over, and Novacyt will hopefully get a good slice of the LFT market.

The LFT market hasn’t even really started around the world, Novacyt have the sales force and the distribution network to take advantage and capitalise on what will be hugely increasing demand.
PCR is a long way from being over too.

Your money your choice, but don’t listen to the derampers or the extreme rampers, the latter are actually more dangerous for your wealth.

Expecting this to drop again this morning for a short period and then hopefully it will get a small rebound.

Some patience needed, alway darkest before the dawn.

People should have a Rant, shout and moan, it does actually make you feel better, and everybody has a right to be ****ed, shareholders being treated very badly.

But don’t make a decision whilst your emotion is running high, many are probably past the point of no return anyway so probably best to see how it plays out.
I am surprised it has dropped to this level.
I only started buying at £3.45 and lower and was well aware of the dispute so I can’t have many complaints. I was buying with all the information.

Still thought the company would communicate better though. Certain the new guy will rectify this and patience will most likely pay off.

There isn’t really any easy money right across the market at the moment, eyes always focus on the good plays in hindsight.

Only money and all still to play for.

As much as we need buyers, never sell your winning stock to support your losing one. That goes for any stock!

Some of these ideas are complete fantasy.
There is no way the CEO walked away because he didn't want a takeover, with any such deal he would be extremally well rewarded also with a future earnout on top or a golden parachute.
The new CEO is not a big pharma pawn.

My one concern is that I think the CEO massively screwed up with DHSC, that is why he was pushed IMO. They said that had a conducted an extensive search for a new CEO, that process takes months so it was decided that he had to go soon after the dispute issues. If the dispute was a slam dunk argument then I very much doubt the CEO would have been changed.

Having said that whatever the situation is with the DHSC that should be more than priced in, so any resolution whatever the cost you would think would be positive on the SP.

I think it's unfair to say that Retail investors are not reading the information in front of them, they probably are but unfortunately they are coming to a different conclusion.
There are currently more sellers than buyers, and have been for quite some time, so for the moment we are in the minority thinking their conclusions are wrong. Let's just hope the minority is smarter than the majority.

Perhaps the investor meeting will be the catalyst to switch the sentiment, less than 2 weeks away so not long to find out.

Frustrating, the share price is just being nibbled at day by day, so small that you have to look at the six month chart to really see it.

I am really surprised with the amount of tests they must be selling there is nothing new they can RNS to give the SP a jolt.

We now need a 10% rise just to get back to £3.50.

Frustrating but more patience needed and still expecting September to be the turning point.

Unless people show you their active trading account screen with their total current holdings take everything that people claim on here with a big pinch of salt!

JCB, your money your choice but I suppose it depends what percentage loss you are sitting on.

Remember taking a 50% loss here means you need to make 100% with that capital somewhere else just to break even! If you have a cert of 100% growth please let me know. :-)

I bought more yesterday, I think August is going to be pretty crap but expecting to see this start moving up in September. I don't buy into all the crazy ramping but I am expecting a good move up of anything from 20-50% this year.
