I find it very interesting they Mortgage Freeman has just posted a one line response to a question about the cash position on Novacyt.

Never ever posted on there before. It’s clear as day to me that he is someone who is running multiple accounts and forgot which account he was using..

People just need to add a few bad reviews each day.

There are few simple questions you have to ask yourself.

1. Do you believe the share can return to an all time high or a number you are happy with?

2. Do you believe that can happen in a time frame that is acceptable to you.

3. Is there somewhere else your money could be served better in the medium to long term, against any profit or loss you take here?

For me the answer to 1 and 2 is definitely YES. For 3, well nobody really knows.

I am ****ed off that we sitting 18 months into a pandemic and still as far as we know haven’t sold a single test! A lot of promises on timescales haven’t been met and a fair few other promises have been broken too.

If this was an LFT only play, I would be a lot more concerned. Thankfully it’s not! Just on IP alone the SP will most likely seem very cheap in a few months and even more so in the medium to long term.

Just have to ride the tough times out and be confident in your research.

I haven’t banked anything here or in another Covid Stock, (wish I had on that one).

I understand the frustration with people who change their minds and ramp and deramp depending on their current position, I can’t stand them.
I have no objection to people day trading though, it comes with the territory, but it’s just the vocal way they flip flop I can’t stand.

My point is though people shouldn’t judge someone else’s strategy or exit price with their own.
There will be people who exited this at £12 as other were buying, people probably judging them then for selling, those people did very well and are probably back in again to make a lot of money, again!

There will also be other people who perhaps put in more than they really should, it didn’t work out, and they actually need that money, they perhaps are just looking for a way out.

Ultimately your money your choice.

I like this stock but just to clear Warren Buffet wouldn’t touch this stock with a barge pole, he really wouldn’t go anywhere near it, that goes for any Covid stocks.

Say you bought in at £3.20, and the share jumped tomorrow by 30% from today’s close, that is basically a 50% return. You don’t think many people would be tempted to take that?
Many holding pre dispute would need the share to go well over £10 to get that type of return and probably many wouldn’t even wait for that prove

Many here have averaged down and have said they won’t make the same mistake again and will take profit on the way up So any daily rise will always be subject to being checked by profit taking or people just getting out who have been trapped.

If a 30% increase in a day isn’t enough for you then you must be disappointed pretty much every day of your life.

If and when it can then get past pre dispute price of £7.25 is a whole other matter. But that alone is 100% return from anyone just buying now.

Which share have you seen it being moved to? Because it currently isn’t being moved here.

That was my point Bluelight, confidence needs to return from PI’s (news or rising share price ), it’s kind of chicken and egg.

That would be great Bluelight, a repeat of Friday afternoon would be welcome.

Regarding the amount of testing being reported by the media, unfortunately they don’t seem to care, they didn’t even care about the Innova scandal.

Maybe when there are queues right around the block and Brenda from Brentford has been waiting 5 hours for a PCR test that is when it will make the media.

But let’s be honest this probably won’t automatically mean loads of new PI’s coming in. I would imagine anyone invested in Covid stocks is already well educated on the current stat of play regarding amount of testing. So either confidence needs to return to PI’s who already know about Novacyt, or confidence needs to return for II investors (settle dispute).

Or perhaps a good piece in the Sunday papers for new PI’s or a decent RNS.

Struggling to see why the needle isn’t moving on this one.

Just don’t know when that will be, could be in the next few days could be in the next few months.

Socially I think there will be lots of choice between bars, pubs and restaurants that have different levels of rules, public transport will still require masks, masks encouraged in shops.

Not sure what else you can do really, you can’t eradicate it so you have to move forward somehow.

Imagine the investment funds that Gates and Sorros are in touch with who might just fancy buying some Avacta stock because of the underlying IP being used at Mologic.
