Valju,
So my recent purchase was doubling down, well not quite but not far off. My reason was because of the LFT news was so imminent, I honestly thought it would send it over £4. Once it didn’t that was what made me come to the conclusion that the dispute would trump all.
Regarding the BOD wanting a higher share price, that was my question of how the CEO’s bonus was structured. (For some strange reason it massively offended some people). If the guy is not bonused on the SP but revenue he might not honestly care about the short or even mid term SP. His focus might all be about long term.
I would genuinely be surprised if this didn’t do very well from this SP. But I am talking about £4.50 - £6. For anyone buying in at these levels that is huge! Seriously anything over 10% and you are beating most fund managers!
Others might have much larger ideas and they might be right but IMO the company has to show it’s post Covid value for that.
Regarding fixing the dispute, yes this is the great unknown, if it was really easy then yes you would expect it to be quick. But bare in mind that government can be externally slow at the best of times!
DHSC - massively overspent in a panic on foreign contracts, UK companies are now paying the price for that.
