I still believe the management know what they are doing regarding the share price and will leave it to them to navigate, hopefully, the upward path.

Very glad it did not spike into open. I think the market is yet to realise the premium placing set by this acquisition at 2.079p. £250k for the 12m shares, with a tie up agreement so no flipping.

It only turned imminently in this weeks update as far I understand? Let’s see what next week brings, obviously these are milestones the management need to tick off with relative ease. Having experienced a few land deals personally they can drag on longer than you feel possible and Fridays are natural deadline they try and hit.

Thanks for your post yra, I do understand where you are coming from, but I guess I take a more positive view on things. ADVFN has a thread that only talks about the management, I find it all rather tiresome. It is only my experience, but I have found sector sentiment far out ways managements influence on AIM. I have been in stocks with well respected CEO’s who have large personal stakes delist and loose everything in the face of a sector bear market and I have seen failing CEO’s who have overseen years of decline in a stock price then experience a 10x when a rapid reversal of sector sentiment hits.

As mcfcnige has just posted recent company communications was they want to (need to) see progress made so far better reflected in the share price to facilitate funding and moving to the next level. Friday’s close saw us sitting 25% above the level where that comment was made.

I guess my overall views is I only own AIM stocks I am completely bullish on. For me CRCL’s portfolio could not be better positioned given what is happening in both the battery metal and energy storage market. Let’s see what next week brings.

Yra, where did JP acknowledge the market got ahead of itself? Also Burwell is pencilled in for 2022 production? Are you subtly deramping or just struggling to get up to speed with things?

J427, your choice, like many on here looking for the negatives. I still can’t look beyond the £6m MCAP and where it will be when they have progressed each of their company making projects.

For me I am glad they are focusing on batteries, it is a much more exciting prospect that marginal solar without the FIT available. Grid stability is much more lucrative. In Texas this February they were paying $9 per KWH at the peak of their crisis...

Also you mention due diligence, I may be a glass half full guy but it looks very much to me they are working out how best to maximise this projects potential/add value after purchasing it.

Clever, but certainty would be £35m MCAP plus with a share price of 10p. We are investing in the huge opportunities each of CRCL’s assets offers. Each one could deliver 5p share price on the own in the short term, I personally like the concept I am investing in, when more meat is on the bone the share price will respond accordingly.

Clever, do you not think the land transaction may be for the very purpose of singing the lease. The grid connection and the planning application will have already enhanced the value of the land relative to farm valuation, the current land owner is probably taking the money now where as the new owner will likely have a much longer term view.

This is not new news, we have known the transaction has been taking place and the imminent wording is a good update on progress.

I am not sure it is too relevant to the CRCL story as to which technology is used but Vanadium flow batteries look promising in this application, but equally I believe LFP batteries will become very attractive in a few years time for stationary storage.

I am in both camps, the bot sites offer very little value to me. However even basic technical analysis marks CRCL as a very special beast. No news is needed to deliver 4x from such a tiny current MCAP, just market sentiment and Mast going live on IPO offering some ( although weak) comparison to CRCL. Throw in news and then things could get very interesting.

Either way much better to have everything pointing in the same direction rather than having to balance strong fundamentals with a weak technical background. AIMHO

I personally have found management to have little correlation to my investment returns, the right product/service in the right market sector market cycle is what has counted for me. I used to be the sort of investor that thought I was doing solid DD by striking up email connections with CEO’s. Not something I will be doing in future. CRCL has the right assets at the right time, very happy to leave the management to it.

If you are around AIM long enough you can follow a successful CEO from one business to the next for them to completely mess it up, particularly if that sector turns into a bear market. Then there are CEO’s that have presided over massive declines for share holder to move to the right sector at the right time, making it big. This is only my experience and we all find our own ways to make Money.

£4m MCAP for the prospects in hand with the market trends we are seeing for this space!!! I don’t think it will be many weeks before CRCL make a new all time high.

But you can sell 1m in one clip at 1.27p, if you chose to.

Dressed as a CORO article but covers a lot of CRCL, feels we are entering into an interesting phase for CRCL.

So we get news of tidying up warrants at 6.98p it drove the price to 8.8p as it was obviously done to protect any upside from whatever deal comes and people are selling at 0.5p above that. Some people should not be allowed to have trading accounts. ??

Premiums being paid to the advertised price, still a way to catch up with the premium fund raise of a few weeks ago that the directors bought into, but we could get their pretty quick.

The chancellor announces the new national infrastructure bank will open in Leeds with £12bn capitalisation from the government.

Green projects will be supported through a green recovery bond.

The chancellor says the Treasury will reform the Bank of England’s mandate to include targeting net zero emissions, in addition to the existing 2% inflation target.

Quite a green budget. Interesting re the capital expenditure allowing for 130% offset against profit. That is a very nice boost for capital intensive green projects. This beast may be about to stir.

SUPMAN, we have all been there, it is just part of the game of snakes and ladders that investing seems to resemble. Changes in fortunes can be rapid.

As a new investor into CRCL it seems to me to be nearing the end of their restructuring with significant news on the horizon, which with the current MCAP where it is it offers excellent potential to ease your position.

I am 15% down from earlier purchases but I am personally happy to pick up some shares below the placing price this morning. In my experience it is not unusual to dip down below a recent placing, but incredibly unusual (certainly with the potential here) for it not to make a meaningful move on from the placement price on the short term. It is a game of probability and I personally like the mix CRCL is offering atm.

Deramping is just part of the cycle whether it is investor fatigue or for other motives.

Could be about to get interesting.

ADVFN and LSE seem to be infected by the same pre large move deramping, all part of the game and an encouraging sign.

The chart and current positioning is setting things up very well here imho, We even back tested the 100dma yesterday, could be a very strong bounce today, we are 20% away from the very recent placing price....

MJW, for Burwell CRCL have said the funding will be done a project level, as you say it is the only way to avoid massive dilution as it will be £30m. Feels an exciting period building here.
