George Frangeskides, Exec-Chair at Alba Mineral Resources, discusses grades at the Clogau Gold Mine. Watch the full video here.
Good to see they are progressing projects professionally. I am no expert on Lithium but do hold some comapnies that have come in with higher grades on their recent announcement’s. Although these do look to be showing promise.
I would not want us to do anymore work on it, let another junior acquire it or JV. Good to see they waited until lithium prices have turned a corner and interest is coming back in.
You are what represents everything that is wrong with UK small caps. Biting the hand that feeds you comes to mind. Your use of this BB is mirrored on nearly every stock on AIM now so not trying to make it too personal, but it is very sad to watch.
As people leave these BB and find better forums it is bizarre to see the likes of LSE and ADVFN not put up more of a fight to retain what used to be a decent forums.
Per the Company's announcement of 14 February 2024, the Company has signed a farm-out agreement with Selan Exploration Technology Limited (Selan) to transfer 50% of the Cambay PSC to Selan and awaits Government of India approval for the transfer, which will trigger the payment of US$2.5m to the Company.
In order to minimise equity dilution for shareholders, the Company has obtained loan funding from existing investors of GBP400,000 on commercial terms and on an unsecured basis.
Further, the Company has noted recent market speculation / rumours suggesting that the Company was completing an equity financing and can confirm the Company has no plans to finance the Company by way of equity at this current time.
Ahh, so you have a problem with R Jennings? Now it all makes sense. As someone buying at 0.225p when EXT were committed at 0.35p and others at 0.4p and R Jennings saving CRCL from a O, I am nothing but grateful. I have not been in an AIM share that has been more supportive of share holders interests despite the dilution. You are most certainly the sort of poster who would have preferred CRCL to go to Zero. I said you were an example of all that is wrong with public BB, maybe I should extend that net wider.
ART, you tell us you hold but you post like a typical FUD merchant. If you do hold and think the share price is a bit rich most people coming to your conclusion would not spend the time you have posting and would typically sell a move on. You are what represents the worst of the public BB.
Oh dear ART onto the next piece of FUD. Do you understand the word typical? Not even going to bother to explain, your purpose here is as clear as day.
ART, read the room, we get your point, bizarre as they may be, run for the hills if you want but please stop spamming this board.
ART, you keep saying the same thing, why not take advantage of the now “bumped up” price and find somewhere else to share your wisdom, extremely tedious. Unless you are short?
You don’t seem to know which way to turn, complaining this morning about cheap warrants and this evening complaining about expensive options. LSE surely just exists now for pure entertainment.
ART123, those warrants were a means to an end taken at the time, I suspect sceptical posters such as yourself would have given CRCL approx 0% chance of reaching 1p again.
All part of tidying up CRCLs past, and along with the last few weeks making fantastic steps to minimise further dilution, with the 1.25b shares and 12% interest that are no longer hanging over us with the 0.8p CLNs. I would love there to have been less historical dilution, but I am very happy with all the steps taken recently to tidy everything up to put us on a good base going forward.
Main reason I added and want to add more. The vulture have disappeared, but in this case they left a perfectly intact prize. Quite amazing how the markets work sometimes.
I can’t get any either, quite frustrating.
AET have offshore running costs and risks, we (hopefully) have offshore flow rates onshore.
I care little for what the market is pricing us atm, if good flow rates come in it won’t be ignored then given the amazing work AK is doing on the financing side of things.
Hi Ed, also keep in mind with future share prices in relation to good flow rates, is not just that they have created an orderly exit at a premium for Align, where those share will now never hit the market, but also the moth balling of a potential 1.25b shares from hitting the market from the 0.8p CLNs.
Last week was a game changer for me in terms of share price expectation and how AK has expertly taken us a from A-B and now positioning for the move to C.
They will take over 2m shares and NT buy sub 1m
What will we get for our first flowing gas?
You can see why most normal investors have moved to moderated telegram groups. If I was ADVFN or LSE I would have cleaned these boards up years ago.
This board is literally a text book for what is left, the only people missing are the shorters because of the liquidity.

Hawaii, agree. When the bashing gets this bad it destroyed share holder value, but it also present opportunities. If the money comes in great (more than great), but if it does not a bit of house keeping and this could be relaunched. At Corcel they sold legacy assets and brought in a new team, pretty quickly things improved.
Gordon, it is not going up more because of the negativity from sceptical long holders such as yourself and the shorting FUD merchants running a mock here for the last few days.
Confidence needs to rebuild and finally people focus on the deal achieved which should deliver a share price a lot lot higher than here.
