Earl, great link. I am liking this, I presume we qualify?

Marginal Projects: Many oil and gas activities in development areas were suspended when deemed not economically viable. The Government’s intent is to encourage the reactivation of these activities within development areas. Legislation will enhance the oil and gas business environment, providing new guidance on oil and gas operations and processes that include streamlining of work programs. The Government also plans to implement contract and fiscal incentives that will promote operational efficiency in mature and marginal fields.
Fiscal Incentive regulation for marginal field development: Presidential Decree No. 6/18 passed on May 18, 2018 establishes a new fiscal regime for marginal field development- less than 300 million barrels of reserves - or fields not economically viable because of lack of infrastructure. It cuts petroleum tax to 10 percent from 20 percent, while reducing petroleum income tax on marginal fields to 25 percent from 50 percent.
Cash I agree, still feels like they are trying to fill an order by flushing a few out. I bought this morning on the first drop and little buying pressure forced them back up. It was this time last week we got a 1m buy at 8p, easy to forget that when they have apply pressure back to 7p.

DL “ Big new boss of @Corcel in Angola. Go Antoine. #CRCL. This I feel is the big vining of something very big.”
A week or two. Hmm that is pretty much now from that tweet. :-)
Siennaj, I can’t find a link atm but if you are on the Telegram App the group is called CORCEL PLC, you might be able to find it on the search function.. There is more good discussion on here but if we go the normal way these things pan out we a likely to have to move across to there.
Aston, absolutely, at 0.4p we are dead on base camp where the financing was done. It does looks like some who were gifted 0.4p shares are happy to take that now and move one. Pretty normal and has no baring on what comes next week. Anyone who has toughed out the last few years, I am pretty certain have a much higher sell price. The rest is in the hands of people who bought on initial news or they are the cornerstone investors. Not a lot of free float if the right news arrives, it could be explosive.
After a move like this we are blessed there is only one Dicko on this board atm. Given the destruction of public BB over the last few years this is a remarkably good thread atm. I fully expect as the story develops we will have to utilise the Telegram group that is already set up. It is quieter than here but it is a much better forum to converse on.
Thanks Ed, fingers crossed this is one of the location that allows replenishing, that really will take some by surprise.
Hi Ed,
Yes, hopefully the DL meeting is Re Mt Weld. I am thinking that AK took the stake he did as a favour to CRCL to provide liquidity to get the Angolan deposit sorted. It was a bit odd him taking a 20% stake at that stage. This might be his quick and profitable exit for both CRCL and his stake. Then it frees us up to focus on Angola and Brazil sending a clear message to the market.
Ed, what are your views on the shut in oil field of 30 years replenishing itself. It is not something I have researched deeply but it could be a possibility?

Siennaj, 0.4p was where some financing was done, so a back test of this level is not a surprise. As you know I added today and have not traded my holding as feel this level is very cheap relative to the possible outcomes. It does seem that if any decent buying comes in the MM don't have much available. Bodes well if rerate type news arrives.
Looks like the old one.
Interesting day, despite the decent run and speculators jumping in recently they are just not generating any significant sell volume, even on a 10% trees shake….
Interesting, on this decline they don’t want to let any shares go. I was NT on 1m, I thought we would be awash with shares given the weakness. Bought the 500k they allowed and now NT again.
Just got NT to buy 1m which is a good sign normally for CRCL, looks like a classic tree shake. However pretty irrelevant for LTH over the coming weeks.
Not surprised at us back testing of 0.5p, but the reassuring thing is that is we are only 20%-30% away from where recent funding was done, so hopefully the last few days it about undoing the craziness of the previous share price. Many of us posting on this board have held on previous moves to 0.4p earlier this year so can’t see many selling at this level given the news unfolding.
Yes, never seen such a busy site. Slightly taken aback by what we are involved in.

Yes, the good things is even after this move we are just getting to the premium placing prices. A pretty good launch pad for hopefully more news next week.
