This board could summarise the bear case in one simple post, then go on and do more productive thing over the last year. It becomes FUD when the same things are posted day in day out, so my assumption is any regular FUD merchant has a high tolerance to repetition, so enjoy.

Only 29m, I think most of it is dilution from earlier in the year and they have been slow to update.

The listing is not fully up and running yet, everyone is calling its demise before it is even operating fully.

Yesterday I noticed the price was finally in line with the UK listing price (with exchange rate) at 0.0427-0.0455, it ticked up when we ticked up. So we are not listed at $5 in the US and once trading actually commences MCAPs will align.

Labour Day in the US on Monday and the last week of school holidays for most here, let’s hope we hit the ground running next week.

Zumore it is not me, I don’t post on twitter at all, but do read it. As Nike said FUD is commonly being used now, as it is a dominant force on poorly moderated public forums. It is not just a problem for RRR.

Well to be fair most my major successes have been in heavily fudded stocks over the last 4 years, my safe bets where the majority were in agreement it is a safe bet have bitten me the most in this terrible AIM market atm. But lightening keeps striking fortunately. Sometimes the tables being turned on the fud merchants can be as satisfying as the profits made.

Zumore, he was being conservative from what I can see.

I have may have bored this board before, but I was dealing with similar personality types back in 2015.

I Invested in a company that had a £5m valuation, it had little really and in hindsight I did not realise how little it had I in terms of primary asset. However there was talk of reverse takeover of a Cambridge start up that took my interest. The FUD merchants were very strong there also. They could not see the future. It was a scrappy little aim company at a time where valuations were much punchier. The reverse take over failed but as a consolation they purchase 3% of the company I took interest in, at a valuation of $10m, a small consolation and they then delisted (probably with a fair valuation in hind sight of £1m...) Typical AIM disaster.

Last year they did a raise within a JV that valued their share at $2.4B. They are likely to raise again soon and hopefully at a higher valuation, The IPO will hopefully come after that.

I guess my point is, the bearish argument against micro caps always looks the smartest in the room, until it doesn’t…..
