WoWo gap deal going to the RMC shareholders for a vote and an independent evaluations deems the deal to be fair and reasonable.

Looks like the Green Bank will start having money to lend to green projects pretty soon. One of the the positive things announced in the March budget about to come into play.

F79, very much how I see it, I have taken losses on this substantial decline from peak but built up my biggest holding to date as from this level in my eyes (I understand we all see things differently) the risk reward is hugely in favour of the reward side. We have seen a 60% + decline from the peak yet negotiations are further advanced and the political regime has hugely improved prospects based on resent reports.

The Rio tweet was from a respected poster regarding ARCM that is usually fact based posts would be out of character if was fabricated. However caution is always needed with regard to unverified tweets. Let’s hope the company can put together an RNS to better lay out the current state of play, we have been left dangling for far too long imho.

The interims have only been delayed for a month in line with current AIM rules, as per the 25/06/2021 RNS “Arc's liquidity position is strong, with cash and cash equivalents exceeding US$5.3m as of 31 May 2021.” I take a positive view on this moved deadline that was not left to the last minute as I have experienced elsewhere that does throw up worries, but again everyone sees these things differently.

Some nice buying into close, maybe next weeks brings some more positive news.

I personally feel it is more likely we see the 2p range shortly and the exercise of the warrants that come into play there than a placing. It is why they did them.

Just need the team to deliver the news needed. The chart was set up perfectly earlier in the week for a move into the 2p should good news have landed. Instead we got a not hugely significant short delay in WoWo.

Not big numbers really when you look at you holding, just a few PI adjusting holding IMHO. The encouraging thing for me is that the share price is not behaving like a placing is coming as when buying interest steps in like first thing this morning it moves up. So it is trading with simple supply and demand. Hopefully people start seeing value here and switch the pressure to buying.

Coupled with copper still being strong, feels a more bullish position than when we were at 9p in the exclusive agreement. Can’t be many days away from some form of update.

I feel this thread is getting bogged down by the trouble makers, as per my post on ADVFN I feel there are plenty of reasons to be optimist on the big picture alone. I really cannot understand how the market was supper bullish a few months back at 9p yet from what I can see the last few weeks developments are laying out an exceptionally bullish picture for ARCM.

Corcel bought the debt at a 62% discount to face value. The debt also does not reflect the value of the mine it is just the debt secured against it. Seems a lot of confusion on this board today, trying to work out if it is deliberate or just poorly researched.

Corcel bought the debt from Sinom Hong Kong, they are the corner stone investor in Corcel.

MH, do you really think any of us are investing to see this through to production? We are a £7m MCAP company, as each mile stone is achieved (today was a substantial one imho) the market will build value. If we were shipping ore to China with the synergies of two mines of the resource size that they are surely this would be £0.5b plus MCAP? Some may hold for the whole journey most will trade in and out of the phases of hopefully significant value creation.

Did you read the RNS? they are not looking to process, they are aiming to direct ship ore. China will be crying out for ore. We have a 9.62% share holder that may be interested in this angle. We have nearby Australian mining expertise and an easy shipping route to China.

Yra, it could be all of those things.

Now look at the positives, we could become a regional Nickel and Cobolt player close to China with direct ore exporting with Australian mining expertise just next door. All this at a time of scarcity for both nickel and cobolt, the opportunity here is huge.

Yra, of coarse that is exactly what happened, they could not afforded to keep it, a distressed purchase…..

Let’s just move on, the market seems to have. The MM will take 1m off me at a premium to the bid, that it pretty encouraging in my eyes. Giving people an easy exit it they want it.

Top, totally agree, right sector right time. Not sure if people have been following vanadium prices but they are on a role atm.

I like volatility in the stocks I am anticipating large moves from. If weekly ranges are 30%, monthly moves can be huge with the right catalysts. My belief is this recent chopping at this level will look like a blip as the months progress. I take others points that this management have something to prove, but as I have posted before my experience is even the best management struggle in bear markets for their sector, it is how they capitalise on the bull markets that really counts.

Crusty, surely that is exactly what this RNS and data analysis did. Deeper dive into the data to understand the last reported findings?

You would think the MM are awash with shares given the fall, I have had to break up orders to add more with the price ticking up as I do so. Makes my 2.12p top ups seem expensive just before some pretty poor form from this forums posting. But it has allowed and nice regrouping for my holding.
