That is the worry the MHRA have expressed with the current Home use EUA, and that its being used as an "enabling technology" for which it was not approved for, if people are not getting confirmation tests with the Innova test, why do you think they would get one with a more accurate one?

@Rocquet: And until we see Phase3 approval of any tests ODX cant move into the manufacturing phase of the contract, its in black and white in the contract. This separate facilitating of talks between ODX and other test suppliers would appear to be a way of securing UK manufactured tests outside of our DHSC contract, I'm wondering though if the introductions come with a price (we already know the DHSC can levy a per test charge if we use the capacity outside of the contract). Could however be the DHSC throwing ODX a bone because they know there will be no purchase orders issued under the DHSC contract. We wll wait to see what Colin and the Cronies sign us up to this time.

Innova and the UK government could argue that a test sample usage count of currently in excess of 80Million tests in the uk alone could be considered my many as "rigorously tested" in the real world.

The AZ vaccine is made all over the world, the initial doses for the uk were supplied out of Netherlands and Germany, the biggest manufacture of the AZ vaccine currently is the Serum institute in India, who only last month shipped 5Million doses of the AZ vaccine to the UK

The innova contract is a supply agreement for a prescribed number of test its not a "manufacturing" contract that would need renewing, I think you are reffering to the MHRA home use EUA for the "NHS Test & Trace" test, the last we had from the MHRA regarding that was the press article stating it was under review?

The UK government press releases have always stated "capacity to manufacture"

The MHRA registration AVCTA have received today is just the registration of their self (Mologic) certified CE mark, for professional use, nothing more than that, it's a step forward for Avacta but nothing out of the ordinary, until we see PHE phase 3 approval their is nothing more happening

Does that statement stand up when you consider PPE, arguably more important to the NHS than LFT and we still get 99% of it from China, This governments support for UK manufacturing rhetoric is bull.

Their is the considerable possibility that this may refer to Innova, and the "UK manufacturing services" will be to supplement their south wales operation. If you consider the issues the government has had with the MHRA issuing home use approval, its unlikely they are going to want to switch to a complete new test where the operation of the test (even if it is just the collection method), as the majority of people using the test have read the instructions once and now don't bother, switching to a new test would mean a whole new education was needed of the users, which at this stage in the game the MHRA are unlikely to want or support,

34K Close contacts traced per week at the latest count, so less than 250K tests per week if 100% of the contacts use this option.

With a stockpile of in excess of 300M.

Likely the MHRA will approve this use as its not an "enabler" as the contacts have already been flagged in the Test and Trace system

As I've said earlier I'm a long term holder of ODX shares since before the placing of 40p I have bought and sold shares and not said one post I have listened to what you lot on here say to manipulate the price in your favour totally disregarding the consequences to other shareholders so I am just letting you know that the other shareholders in ODX can post on here just like you

The UK-RTC contract was another case of ODX telling us half-truths, to jack up interest for their own gains (in this case last years placing), the constant statement that MHRA home use approval was imminent, and didn't disclose that the contract had a get out clause if the approval didn't come the DHSC could simply walk away (does that look similar to phase 2 of the antigen contract?)
