Wookie, probably worth emailing or calling the company with that one. Wouldn't expect a straight answer but you probably won't get one on here either to be fair. It's an interesting question but tbh when reading such figures at this point, red mist descends amidst memories of how readily they were being banded around pre-0.3!! Action is needed here, regardless of whether anything positive comes to pass; for once BT is talking sense re: exploring 'no win no fee' options....about time this outfit got properly investigated.....

A special shout out to our friends on Advfn, covering the full spectrum of humanity as always! TCM, I called you a b*stard son of a gun because you are forever changing sides. Nothing wrong with trading but I took issue with you trying to influence others based on whether you were in or out.

TPI, if I have come across as a bully then I apologise. I started this account during a period in which there was a relentless stream of trolls posting inane nonsense which broke the flow of some interesting debate and research. Perhaps due to this I adopted a zero tolerance approach. However, I have been very careful never to ramp and I certainly have no interest whatsoever in stooping to the lows of trying to influence the decisions of others....I have enough trouble making my own mind up, let alone changing the minds of others!

In light of recent events, it seems as though the definition of a 'Nuog troll' has now blurred beyond recognition between rampers and de-rampers, becoing almost impossible to distinguish the good guys from the bad guys. Too much smoke to see and too many mirrors to keep an eye out for a dagger going into your back!

I won't go as far as apologising to those I have attempted to shoot down previously; what happened yesterday doesn't magically turn de-rampers into angels and rampers into demons. I still fully believe most of those I previously deemed trolls were posting for personal reasons or personal gain rather than any altruistic attempt at saving others. However, I shall certainly endeavour to tone down my troll hunting persona and focus on my own investment circumstances....goodness knows they need a bit of attention right now!

Completely agree with all of that Timbo. Think I'm going to try and get Graham's ear too as haven't had chance to make a character assessment yet. Although I defended him a lot initially, Simon does indeed appear to be bit of a puppet on an over-inflated salary....had no idea how much he was earning until recently.

Fair play XR I just don't think they should be allowed to get away with it his time, regardless of the outcome. People will indeed have pressed the sell button and suffered great losses as a result of the company's questionable conduct yet again. I remain invested but any gains or losses now will both be with a rather bitter taste in the mouth and I'm hoping to hold at least some to account this time.

XR, you'd do well not to take that tone with me matey boy.....it's far, far too early to forgive, forget and move on once again. If this had all happened as a result of genuine hard work, with everything above board but an eventual failure to deliver then yes, what you say is correct and we do indeed press the buy button. However, we press said button based on information available at the time and it is very clear that on a number of occasions now that said information appears to have been manipulated by Nuog and potentially others close to them. Wind your neck in before lecturing me on how I should be acting or feeling...when it comes to my own hard-earned I will do exactly as I see fit to protect it.

Interesting thought Wookie but having been here before and tried desperately to look for the best case scenario, I'm now seasoned enough to hope for the best and expect the worst with Nuog! One thing I'm fairly certain of is that they haven't done it so that shareholders can benefit in the way you've suggested...Minty can't stand the people who line his pockets and that's well documented. If it does play out the way you've outlined then firstly I'll be very surprised/over the moon and secondly I will know it's a by-product of yet another attempt to look after the Minty clan first and foremost.

XR, whichever way this is spun, there has still been share price manipulation and potentially fraudulent activity by the company; possibly others too. We can do the usual, as you are, and say it isn't so bad and maybe things will be positive in the end, or we can take this opportunity while the company is still in business to investigate what the h*ll they've been up to this time.

As for seadog, he may well be a genuine investor who carries out great research etc etc as you're suggesting and as I've defended him to be previously. However, he has twice now been very vocal about the fact a placement isn't coming....before the Beaufort debacle and now with this one with his multiple posts on the company allegedly having refused cash previously so how could a placement be coming? Whether he and the others closer to the company were involved or had knowledge of what was going on, this is another royal shafting for most genuine holders, whichever way you look at it.

That would certainly be best case scenario, Bill. Still stinks as many will have panicked and taken the hit but would at least mean it wasn't an attempt to keep the lights on. Very difficult to call it right now...either explanation is tantamount to fraudulent conduct mind you as both equate to share price manipulation.

Having just got home an hour ago, I've finally had chance to read the Half-year Report in detail after receiving most of today's updates via glimpses of this bb on my phone. I agree with KR that something doesn't smell right here. That is quite a bullish report by all accounts and if the company goes on to deteriorate further or even fold from here then GS will be as culpable as Minty Capone for wilfully misleading shareholders that everything is on track and positive.

With any luck, the thing that doesn't smell right does indeed turn out to be some kind of backhander gift....still fraudulent and f*cking disgusting conduct, however, it does seem the best case scenario from a shareholder perspective. F*ck knows what's really been going on but if this turns out to be yet more smoke and mirrors then I really think we have enough savvy shareholders here to group together and start doing some serious investigating.

It's about time we found out what has really been going on these last months, both in terms of the company conduct itself as well as the ex-insider brigade who have been filling these boards with coordinated posts from private chat room groups....many of whom I have believed and defended thus far. I may have lost some serious money on paper today but I can assure you chaps (and that includes you, Minty) that I am no fool and believe in old school trial and retribution.....as we know from the wild west that is AIM, modern justice and woolly regulation just don't quite cut it unfortunately....

Still can't quite believe what has unfolded today. I will not be taking this lying down if there is worse to come and would be up for some kind of group-led action while the company is still trading; better that than waiting for a pointless action postmortem when the Minty criminal dynasty has already scarpered with what's left of our money.

Yes it's AIM and yes it's relatively unregulated but can a company simply keep drawing down millions from the savings pots of individuals and literally not have to show any evidence of where the money has gone? Surely there is something that can be done while a company is still trading, to catch the b*stards in the act, as it were?

Can't argue with any of that on this occasion SBP. I assumed the position and allowed Nuog f*ckwits along with a fair few rampers on here to coax me into the vision, which is basically just a front for fraudulently r*ping PIs of their savings, all the while living like some sort of successful businessman. Minty doesn't have a f*cking clue what real, earned success feels like. The mind still boggles at how easy it is for companies to do this via AIM. It's been bugging me for a while now but I've held on in the belief that the Nuog vision is somehow different. I guess it's that fatal mistake of placing a need to justify your own decisions over common sense. Lessons learned but if this really does go t*ts up then I certainly won't be going quietly into the night. The interesting thing with PIs is that their backgrounds are varied and diverse...and they certainly don't all have meek and mild origins....

LT, some of us have lost small fortunes today...some on paper and some who may have seen fit to take the actual hit. I am livid beyond words and feel physically sick. I've emailed Simon to express as much disgust as is legally possible without getting myself into hot water for threats of physical repercussions, as tbh that is what I currently feel.

What I can't understand, however, is that with the paper loss on which you are currently sitting, why are you not incandescent and also very nervous about the future of this company?

I'm not sure either KR but initial thoughts without checking legalities etc are that if Nuog were to disappear into the ether then suddenly 50% of the important company in all of this is up for grabs. Who loses if Nuog go under? As far as I can tell just the private shareholders. Also, what are Nuog actually bringing to the party now that his new funding route is available?

I'm still invested, rightly or wrongly, so obviously seriously hope my thoughts are flawed for legal or technical reasons, however, after today and comments on Minty's general disdain for PIs, it's clear that if they see a more attractive route for personal gain then they won't give Nuog shareholders a second thought....

I feel similar Mukka/Wookie....my concern now is that if MFDev have a funding route secured and if NF is dead in the water for the foreseeable then what reason is there to keep Nuog on the go? If MFDev is where the speciality lies then what does Nuog bring to the party? Is this part of another Minty scheme to line his own pockets and secure his own ill-gotten gains? I have no idea if there is any validity in this logic but any thoughts would be welcome....

Indeed KR...at this point they seem about as pure as the driven slush. I don't blame anybody for my own investment decisions, however, if those who have been on here claiming money had been refused on multiple occasions knew that they in fact needed money desperately just to pay over-inflated wages and to keep the lights on then I genuinely I hope they rot in hell. It's one thing to troll a share through bitterness, quite another to assume personas of 'holier than thou' purist investors whilst simultaneously shafting fellow holders.

Regardless of whether or not a deal is in the offing, this now needs 400% just to get back to previous placing price. People should not be allowed to run companies in this way...they are pretty criminals with delusions of grandeur, as simple as that. I wouldn't be surprised if Minty engineered it just to spite shareholders because they upset him at the AGM. Pompous, pathetic tw*t.
