downbutnotout, Oil stocks in US fell in the last week as reported down tonight...The US SPR is at its lowest for nearly 40 years at 386 million barrels. Who's being bearish on oil ?!! Someone is consuming lots of oil !!

Sorry, context for my last post is that India arebuying Russian Urals Crude at above the USD60 G7 Price Cap. I accept that India haven't signed up to the Price Cap, but it should be commented upon publicly at the highest levels nevertheless...

Shame on particularly India. Rishi Sunak should comment as should Ireland's PM Varadker, both being Indian.

downbutnotout, Oil price shd not be bearish. Oil and Gas will be needed in large qtys for years yet, whatever the Low Carbon Activists are saying. BP even starting another Gulf of Mexico project soon with 140,000 bpd expected....Oil and Gas are needed, the Sun isn't shining enough and the Wind isn't blowing enough !!

upomega, not sure what strategy you were expecting. They continue to develop and increase sales of the New Generation Products whilst trying to optimise the sales of trad tobacco products !!

Trading Update seems fine overall. Some positives and some negatives.

After selling out yesterday with a near 5 figure loss, I'm still watching things to see how they end. Fortunately, I've gained sufficiently in other shares. However, nnn now deleting their social media reinforces my belief in the massive dishonesty and low morality of Duffin and most of the BOD of nnn. The FCA won't do anything I believe, but I just hope life instead severely punishes those responsible for dishonesty. Incompetence I can accept, but not lying and deceipt. My life experience is that life usually does inflict its own punishment on corrupt individuals, plenty of recent examples !! Atb to all holding out, but I wouldn't hold my breath with this one..All only my views and DYOR.

With a Market Cap of £3m one would that their accumulated Research and Info exceeds that in value for another business. For heaven sake what have they actually been doing for the last 2 years, there must be some value in it if their credentials account for anything ?

Newtothis121, agree that Duffin and Cave haven't been convicted as criminals under UK law, but Duffin's lack of transparency is certainly well below my moral standards.

unitedguy and others, do you think that the Research and other information accumulated by nnn would be worth a material value to another business ? Much of nnn's deficiency, in my view, has been in closing deals so possibly their accumulated knowledge may be worth something ? Views ?

Flombo10, the challenge for the small pi v large investors is that we are a scattered bunch. How can we now consolidate into a unified opposition at the EGM ?

The most effective punishments for these people are not allowed by the too soft legal system. Their assets should be stripped, make them bankrupt, and used to compensate investors. Bar them also from ever being a director or being connected, having any influence over, a director or similar position in any UK or other organisation for life. Basically destroy them financially and limit their career progression. Mind you, they're lucky that drug dealers and other criminal gangs don't generally launder their ill gotten gains through the stock market as Duffin and co may then attract worse fates !!

KG16, hate to say it considering my losses, but their abilities may just about stretch to busking down the London tubes if they can afford a guitar...I've been a shareholder since 2016. They should all be barred from any future management or director positions.

Thank you Spights - I always feel it's ironic when a target price is increased materially above a current share price (c 100p here), but the analyst gives a Neutral rating. Surely it must be a Buy if they forecast a near 20% sp increase !!

Banburyboy, agree with you. I'm finding more and more how imperfect the human being is, maybe my age as I get older. Despite the high qualificatuons and job positions achieved by some, those same humans sometimes make the stupidest mistakes. The latest now, at which I nearly fell off my seat laughing and which may be positive for our shares, is that Russia is now the President of the UN for a month. The UN is a body that advocates Peace and Co-operation amongst all nations. And to round it off, the UN has no legal mechanism to suspend or dismiss a Permanent Member which Russia is. The UN management are well paid highly qualified f00ls not to think that maybe o e day one of the Permanent Members may not be of required good character. Just a brief look at history reveals how quickly things can change. Even employers have mechanisms to sack an employee or manager...

Yea Chillphill, I've emailed her in the past a number of times pointing out obvious errors on her Commentaries. I think generally they don't really care as they have no legal liability if they're wrong. Providing commentaries is simply not important to them
