TheTrotsky, with ii , if you have elected to have a Multi-currency Trading A/C then the div will remain in USD in the case of DEC. It is only if one elects to receive DEC div in GBP, when one has made the multi-currency election, that the div is rec'd in GBP.

antigua18, ii allow multi-currency axcounts incl USD no problem !!

Optimus, well done on your patience, but I am very surprised that some are selling at below placing price of 105p. Possibly those in profit after purchases at lower prices now taking profits. If this drops much more I'll look at buying even more as want the extra income !!

stevie, I wish I had been in primary school at the time of HL and Autonomy !! I still believe in, whatever the law, that the Buyer (HL in this case) should have been Aware. The Buyer should do its correct DD and then make its decision. Of course a Seller will try to market its wares at as a high a price as possible, wouldn't you if selling your house, business, etc. ? The higher value that ML placed on Autonomy was also for a different purpose within HL that the latter didn't in the end pursue...that wasn't ML's fault. HL consequently messed up and much of the dispute is because they have sour grapes over it and they're a US co and Autonomy were UK !!

Norbert..., Joe and Janet Public should kiss the ground that us Oil & Gas shareholders walk on because our companies pay 75% UK Tax which is 56% higher currently than most other companies and WE contribute more proportionately to HMG than others !!

DamayHill, most analyst forecasts are not achieved partly because relevant variables are constantly changing and the analysts don't daily issue forecasts to reflect those changes. Barclays upped their sp target from 700p to 1000p this week but we haven't yet hit £7 and they always tend to be optimistic outliers for Oil and Gas Energy. Can't see us getting to £10 but maybe the £7 in 2023...

People do things for all sorts of perceived reasons. Maybe the very rich feel inately insecure and just need that extra reassurance, maybe the very rich like to remind those less well off of their riches by making them feel involved in their decisions !!? Maybe the poster doesn't actually have 1m..who knows ?!! And sometimes, amateur chat forums contain more intelligence than GS, JPM, CS, UBS, Barclays, etc..investment analysts' offices !!

Yes Trek, you're right re ii. I posted after my first post re ii and indicated then that perhaps I couldn't see anything re Fund Raise because it was 11pm and I live in EEA Ireland which has been excluded, ii use investor addresses presumably. Bought some on open market earlier at 107p incl duty and trade cost, tbh this is a type of economic apartheid !!

Edinlass, I'm also with ii and saw no Corp Action when I looked around 11pm which was well after the deadline anyway. I live in Ireland and saw something on the DEC documentation excluding those from the EEA so maybe that's why I couldn't participate. Tbh I would have tried anyway, what does it matter where one lives ?!!
