To those referencing delivery of a letter regarding the site visit. The RNS officially confirming successful completion of the site visit suggests to me he received the letter and the 9th December RNS is on the back of that. He could not possibly have RNS'd "successful completion" if he did not have it in writing. Site visit was on 22nd November - 3 weeks which he suggested took us to Friday 6th Dec, then announced on Monday 9th. He probably got the letter on Friday 6th but waited until Monday. You would think that MD Anderson would feel comfortable about releasing their name or allowing hemogenyx to but clearly not which suggests to me a condition precedent. 1. They are funding trials and need the consolidation and new share price done- could be Friday 13th when maybe their name and funding is released. OR 2. Prevail and MD are both funding and the missives on that are being concluded - to be announced again on Friday 13th when consolidation and new SP active. I cannot think of any other reason why at this stage (where prevail and MD are exchanging protocls & site visit done) why this would really tie up an announcement in itself. AIMO. If something like this does happen then the next stage is clinical results to then allow Hemogenyx to talk seriously with Institutional Investors and serious Pharma - both of these coming from the lips of Peter and Vlad - "quakirt funds mentioned twice in interview and stating "high quality investors". GLA

The private investors have helped bring this company to the point where there could be some serious institutional or pharma skin in the game and, this, inspite of many hindrances along the way. I say, hold your nerve if nervous about what happens next. The science as we have seen again today, albeit painfully slow at times, in itself, has not failed in its objectives thus far.

I for one, as a compartively small investor will remain firmly attached, like a barnacle to a whale, to let the big boys do the heavy lifting for a change. AIMO GLA

I have viewed the interview a few times and there is a section early on where Redmond states...well we are talking to (large investors) ...although we are not ready to announce..stumbles..or get to that point.. It seems to me that the wording "although we are not ready to announce," is some way beyond mere discussions. I get the sense that there is something to announce and that Redmond having inadvertently used the word "announce" but then retracted from it slightly and in doing so stuttered a bit. "Not ready to announce"suggests to me they are much further along in agreeing funding than they can or should say pre the consolidation. I think things will move rapidly once consolidation and first injection both happen. AIMO GLA

Just a thought, could these buys be Director buys within the regulations - is that buy but notify the Board within 4 days and company notify market by next day. Go a long way to support a YES vote and build confidence.

Glad you areore content Bline. The inflection point often referred to was buried but there will be many more. I say to Vlad, get the damn money you need, there will be a hit for us , but start monetizing something because the well will become dried up much like our patience. If you are new to Hemogenyx or someone who believes it is all or nothing with the impending clinical trials, I would implore you to read the below RNS's in particular.

28/8/24 - after an initial presentation slot, Hemogenyx were invited to present at the 2024 Chemical Biological Defense - Science & Technology Conference. this is their CBR platform for combating viral infections. Read up on CBR's potential applications for cancer too.

2/9/24 - significantly enhanced efficacy in vitro testing of their CDX Bi-specific antibody for conditioning in bone marrow transplantation.

If Hemogenyx prove successful in Phase 1 clinical trials for AML, in effect what has sparked your interest. The company will also have illustrated to the market that they have the ability to deliver cures on their other developments. The confidence in the company will increase significantly as will the funding to deliver and succeed with the abovementioned developments. You won't see this as a penny share anymore. Not a one trick pony by any means! GLA

OOPS! Substantial "buys" that should be!!!

Undoubtedly there has a lot of flip flopping with this share - sell sell buy sell buy buy sell . However, with great news "imminent", there's that word again, we are now entering that critical last hour of trading where Monday is all but behind us as we approach tomorrow. Are you in or are you out? With that in mind, I personally think there will be substantial before close. There is just too much experience with M D Anderson and Prevail to fail the 2 rudimentary stages over the last 3 weeks. Just my opinion though. GLA
