I suspect the following scenario:

We hear that clinical trials with a specific patient have now been initiated and then a long silence until completion.or

I don't think anything relating to an injection will be broadcast. They are dealing with a human patient and there will be protocols and confidentialities - he or she is not a specimen or a mouse. So, i think there will be radio silence and even once data is obtained it will have to be interpreted, analyzed scrutinised, checked and double checked and run by committees before anything can be prepared fully and submitted to the FDA and fit for commercial publication.

I wish I wasn't stating these words because I am as keen as anyone to get good results quickly but I just cannot see it happening. I suppose a long silence will signify that nothing untoward and reportable has happened with the patient that they have to notify the FDA about swiftly. Haywain may well have a less crude scenario of what happens than perhaps mine.

I think there will be signs along the way which may give us a steer - like someone popping up with funding or a Director's buy - who knows? Been here a while so a few more weeks will pass eventually . GLA

HR thank you but we already have someone who can spell out the risks to patients & investors, in the form of a leading US cancer specialist who undertake countless cancer related clinical trials. The patients and we as investors do not need your dire bedside manner. If we want medical advice we will seek it out. If we want investment advice we'll seek it out.

I will accept you have managed to get one person to sell 2 shares but other than that I am unsure what you bring to the table.

It is noteworthy that the funding is "dedicated" to CAR T Clinica trials. Other funding has been has not been worded so retsrictively. It is either a condition of the funding with VS knowing full well that nothing but a singular focus on CAR T at this particular time is going to generate the really big funding partner he will need going forward.

The funding currency in the RNS is £, does this exclude it being a US investor. If not, this could be a future investor dipping his toes in (low risk) , to get CAR T past first base (a leg up if you like) and then comes the major funding on site of CT success. Just a few thoughts

Exactly this time last year the Hemo CAR-T Process Qualification Run was completed and announced and there was a lot of discussion about when the Clinical Hold would be lifted. This happened in February 2024. Hemo have come a long way since then. About to inject a patient; money, albeit small, to do it; a top rank Cancer centre doing the trials; interest from other sites to extend to children; Prevail digging in further financially, but more importantly, still in there with us; link ups with a company to speed up manufacture of CAR T to just one day. I could go on. You know, someties you look back at your own year and try to identify what you have achieved . I think Hemo's progress would compare well. We just need that damn SP to fall into lline. I believe it will. I have not even mentioned CBR or CDX. I think it is acracking 12 months for a small biotec company having run on fumes in between petrol stations. The time is now VS - down to you and your science and time to start saving lives. GLA

Agree JHFH. VS is focussing on a very clear set of commercial objectives with timescales longer than investors are sometimes prepared to wait. Not immediately good for the investor but focussing as he is into the future means he has taken care on the immediate short-term needs. Whilst I appreciate many loyal investors have waited years and even more years, we are on the cusp of something great. Don't let that past sully the good that is coming. Never before have we clinically tested anything on patients so being at this point now will draw investors and VS knows it. His enthusiasm is palpable. GL All

Does not look like a desperate man with his back against a wall. Looked chuffed to bits with himself and what lies ahead. The CEO showing his current investors what is in store and more importantly putting himself out there front and centre to new, soon to be announced, investors. Why appear so late on Thurdsay, perhaps just got in there before the mother of all RNS's tomorrow. Needlesstosay, I prefer my reading of this late in the day broadcast.

Agree JHFH - Shame about those who were caught up in the consolidation negativity and sold. However, this SP has a long way to go upwards so maybe a few a few have / will find their way back in gain.

The partnership announced in today's RNS did not seem so close to agreement from the interview content delivery on Monday - the announcement probably surprised everyone. Likewise, we may get a similar surprise regarding clinical trial patient recruitment, MD partnership or even funding. It may just be that VS announces this RNS today in order to leave Friday free for a bigger one, lest it be crowded out.

With that in mind, I have a feeling there will be another RNS tomorrow. It's only my opinion/feeling.

From some of the narrative one would have concern abot Hemogenyx surviving the week - well, in my considered opinion VS would not be focussing on medium to long term partnerships if he was in survival territory. GLA

VS is not caught in the headlights or stunned, he is still forward-thinking with another party interested in carrying out paediatric clinical trials on the East coast and also mentioned potential involvement in one-day manufacturing of CAR T.

Yes, the SP is causing some angst but there are irons in the fire here. Good funding will support good interest and there does seem to be some. Remember that those doing the clinical trials have seen the research data and want to get involved and even extend to children at start of life not end. This is a much bigger call when injecting wee-uns, so confidence in the potential effectiveness of what they have seen must be high too. The SP will follow, rest easy!

This company has a quality pipeline of discoveries with interest building which, in my view, will result in value for investors. The science will be remembered not the presentation. Let's lift the tone here guys and gals there are good things to come.

There have been a few mad looking scientists throughout history who were not accepted very easily by the establishment. Ultimately it was their achievements which they duly rallied around - many of them life saving then and still are now. It's the way of things and for that reason I concentrated on what was said.

However, there is a touch of irony here because this chat board has not exactly glowed with any sort of professionalism in recent weeks and months. Anyone looking to this board would have struggled to cut through the nonsense and be inspired enough to buy shares in this company. Practise what you preach I say!
