I think it is clear we have moved on from a letter of intent regarding commercialisation in Estonia. The Made transfer experience now complete will, because of the experience gained, make the Cellin technology transfer much easier I'll wager.
Yes there is dilution but the added value of more positive data will grab the attention of Pharma and the upfront investment will be much greater and therefore initial dilution (if this is your worry, not mine) will be miniscule. Vlad uses 'imminently' with regard to technology transfer commencement so they are well-ready to begin.
The Estonia government must be rock solid behind this initiative.
Would have liked to see big Pharma come in but does not de-value Hemogenx, it merely delays a much higher later stage deal.
What's not to like?
