The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
The development and cost of the website after a very very long period of inaction would have been easy to leave untouched even longer if there were dark forces at play with this share / company. The website and cost would have been an easy ditch if there were issues looming. Okay, it's only a website but it is the most recent development and the delivery of it was on the back of shareholder feedback and angst about it. We are down -1.29% today but this is not a Armageddon. Even Ssccss has failed to get traction with the posters despite his reference to what the incoming end of year results might bring. Akin to a vulture circling in readiness to pick at what he hopes is a carcass. Jeeper's patient trials are imminent meaning clinical trials have started because detailed preparation and candidate selection are part and parcel of the CT process. In addition, CBR was doing well on a number of fronts, nothing changed here unless I am missing an RNS. Time to grab a perspective on things, at least those that cannot see the wood for the trees. GLA (and I mean that!).
Mickyc333, I would get that injury of yours sorted quickly, just explain in triage that you managed to shoot yourself in the foot. Not sure how that less than insightful contribution helps you in your investment in the company. If you do not see this going anywhere would it not be better to cut your losses rather than continue with the high risk investment you believe this to be. Dig deep into what they are doing and what others are doing in this field. There is absolutely no reason why Hemogenyx would not be as successful as others have been. It's science - it takes time. GL you and all.
Mr I hopefully that's your thought for the week. Silence can have positive connotations too. Like, working away industriously, getting the job done and we'll announce something when it's tangible and there is something of merit to bring to our attention. I would implore you to rest on what you have said, be as patient as you can be and not let this be flavour of a daily or hourly post. News will come when it comes. GL you and all
Hilver maybe the "I won" tweet by VS a few months ago was in relation to his wish to notvwanting a spin off Bait Technology strategy.. Prevail were in the presentation room when this was first brought to our attention and they were particularly vocal at the end. They've been conspicuously silent since as you rightly observe. Let's not complicate things Hemogenyx, just prove CAR T working in P1, get some JV money in for ALL of Hemo's pipeline (the website now sets them out) and use it to advance CBR in parallel. Yes EOY Report awaited eagerly. GLA
To the rescue Haywain .... The absolutely maximally entangled (AME) state is a concept in quantum information sscience, which many applications in quantum error - correcting code, discrete Ads/CFT correspondence, Ads/CMT correspondence, and more. It is the multipatite generalization of the bipartite maximally entangled state. Hope we are all clear now. (That was part of my FFS construct)
Jeepers do I have to sort everything out!!!!
Just a shout out for all those who beat the drum about the website - it finally cut through. Well done! Perhaps some of those contributors will pop their head in and comment.
It's not money nor is it a scientific discovery but the effort made to update their website creates a gateway to welcome future investors. Moreover, it illustrates that the company is now "gearing up" for something monumental. This development should not be underestimated & interestingly does not mention Bait Technology which is unwelcome "spin off" noise none of us need. Keep it all under one umbrella and bag the billions I say. GLA
Jackdaw..the post heading re churn was initiated by pd101 74 posts ago and replied to by pd101 gain and then again by pd101 another 22 days after that. Not sure the reason he wants to perpetuate that heading. Maybe pd101 can explain further. For me it's done, old news.
MrI you have set out your position on VS so we are in no doubt how you view him. I actually admire those, like you, that have the innate ability to wear their heart on their "sleeve"and lay bare for all to hear and see. But enough of the character assassinations I think it is just self defeating. My advice therefore is go sleeveless and wear a vest. GL you and ALL.
When now reading the majority of posts, William Golding's Lord of the Flies comes into mind. The detriments of an unrefined civilization, such as one without leadership and indulgent citizens who are amoral, can be catastrophic, causing extreme repercussions to society. A lack of solid leadership can cause confusion. apprehension and chaos. The children often indulge their impulses which clouds their judgement causing them to undermine their society.
Time to get a grip on things I feel, as this board is now descending into something that could be described as utterly chaotic. Step back, look at things logically, make a decision about your investment and either support that positively so future posts do not become self-defeating. If sticking around support the CEO with positive vibes as there is little point in not doing so at the moment. GLA ( I mean no disrespect to anyone but please let's lift this board a bit PLEASE!)
Me too dhub but JHFH & Tillywhizz have a more evidence based theory currently. I have no "in" with a Director unfortunately!! Good to see some sort of upward trajectory, small acorns and all that, very refreshing. Have a good evening all.
Pure speculation but another hypothesis is that it is a Director's buy. Director is obliged to only notify their company within 4 business days and the company must pass on that information to the market by the end of the following business day. Same rule applies to Senior Executives within the company. (Unless the rules I have read have changed). One other possibility perhaps, either way a confidence builder for sure. However, could have got in a lot cheaper! MrI has been crying out for a Director's buy so he may get his wish. GLA
We are coming up to 7 weeks come this Good Friday since VS declared clinical Trials would be "commencing in a few months". We should not get into the semantics of what "a few" means, other than to say, we are close. Perhaps too close for comfort for the share borrowers who live beyond the skirting boards and in the wall cavity's, bit like vermin I guess . Penn University are the first hospital to sign up for the trials with an agreement in place already. I suspect Penn with their renowned reputation, will be a catalyst for other hospitals to be queuing up eager to be involved and sharing in a part of any success. There's another climb after another fall to endure but Everest wasn't cracked first time and I would rather be here now with an eye set on this particular summit. GLA
Fully understand the sentiment Mr India. Its a bit like the players that take a non league team to the cusp of being a Premiership club and then seeing a raft of new players coming in to share the spoils. However, without new blood eager to buy shares and make a profit, we might end reach the dizzy heights WE ALL desire. So, new investors, you are very welcome but stick around for a few seasons for a 1000% . Don't be selling out too soon and leaving us older players (lth's) to pick up the pieces to keep this Hemo club afloat AGAIN. GLA (from an ageing fullback)

Dengue record breaking outbreak in Argentina. Time to get in there with CBR and seek funding and approvals assistance to sort this epidemic out. It was achieved with the Covid vaccines why not with CBR. C'mon Vlad.
