Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Noone wants a retrace but only to be expected. Investors are like cats and dogs. Cats often have no particular loyalty as they drift from house to house for the best meal deal. Dogs hang in there through thick and thin. So despite the news we all hope is coming some investors even with great news very likely soon will profit take. Whether that be de-risking or itchy feet looking for an
even more short term opportunity than 2 weeks here can potentially offer.
Good luck be you a cat or dog.
That's about 11 days gone since IND re-submission depending on when you believe it was delivered. As each day passes, if no RNS, each trading day is a chance to buy and hold. 3 pence will be a distant memory once CH is lifted. GLA
We are rising as we do on good sentiment for the company's potential. This will in no way lessen the impact of a rise based on fact - the clinical hold being lifted. The wind will go stronger even as those in at 2 point something get out with 4 point something, their will be gusts of new investors to take over the sails & rigging and drive this share to a new world in biotechnology success. Good luck Hemo ship and all who sail in her.
Anyone out there with a contact in New York. If so, we can we have Vlad tailed to see whether he pops into a liquor store for a crate of the very best Champagne. This might be the best early indicator that the FDA got back to him. Although, we wouldn't want to discover he bought one bottle of Rye Whiskey in a brown paper bag and is seen drinking it whilst walking out the liquor store. GLA
It's a mute point Mr Jinx but I think someone else pointed out that Monday was a Public Holiday in the US and unlikely an RNS at 7 am on Tuesday was for a submission dropped at 2 am Tuesday with the FDA. So, logic tells us the envelope was dropped Friday before . A week. However, even the preceding days Vlad and his team will have been winding down from the re-submission as only external data to wait on. Ample time to devote to CBR alone.
I say mute point because I am sure Vlad has not been ignoring CBR progress and exclusively entrenched with Car T. It has been a long time since an official update on CBR so it is not unreasonable to expect an update of some description - now would be a good time.
It pained me to write this as your response was really just a tad pedantic and unnecessary. Too much good news coming to be falling out with anyone though - GLA to you and all.
The FDA & Hemo next contact may go something like this:
FDA: Vlad, it's Brad here, FDA.
Vlad: Hi Brad, been busy sorry. What can I do for you, I have just a couple of minutes respite from trying to save the world. from all sorts of ***t.
Brad: That envelope you dropped off the other day. Had a quick butcher's at it this morning over breakfast. Was gonna call you immediately about one of your findings but realised it was a just a jelly stain I had been trying to interpret.
Vlad: Yes, that was one of the grand kids messing with my submission. If you see a stickman, that's nothing to do with my FDA re-application either.
Brad: Anyway, whatever! Yep read through it, looks like you have done what you said you would do - except the jelly and stickman of course and you are good to go.
Vlad: That was quick!
Brad: You've got lives to save Vlad, best get on and do it.
Vlad: Happy days. No offence Brad but I hope I don't have to speak to you ever again.
Brad: None taken. Bye!
Vlad: Bye Brad you can buy me lunch some time. (Puts phone down)
Vlad under his breath "Now where is that little ***t who nearly cost me IND approval"
Probably slightly far-fetched! GLA
Great summary Haywain.
Dr Sandler has always stated that going clinical is an "inflection point" for the company. Definition of "inflection" - "a time of significant change in a situation; a turning point" - We all hope he is right but he has chosen that word for good reason. However, going forward with clinical trials becomes Prevails baby. If you need any additional comfort, their website is worth a read. They are there to monetize a life science product, so reading into that, they are there to monetize their own investment too and they are expert enough to know that cannot mean one tranche of investment. They will either assist in gaining outside investment or bung in more themselves. We all know we will need more money and Prevail have come into this partnership with eyes wide open and a clear understanding that this extra investment can be achieved given what Cart T can potentially achieve. GLA
JHFH, albeit inadvertently, I think that litany of differing date predictions for the lifting the clinical hold will serve the current investors well in helping to confuse the would be traders in their attempts to predict the same. GLA
Wednesday 7th February for me. I have chosen this date for 2 reasons firstly, Wednesday always draws a comment from HT so I kind of feel obligated to him. Secondly, on the 8th Jan I posted RNS submission to be within Jan and the CH lifted well within Feb so sticking with that. Hope I am wrong and it's in January. GLA
What happens to the SP today very much depends on what you have in your hand and at what price you got them for. There will be newbies who have seen the news and will hop in and hop out and even those new in since Christmas doing likewise. They have a short period within which to nail their colours to the mast. C'est la vie. CBR news may well come before the FDA news also. No one can be disappointed by the step announced today (shorters excluded) There were some people several weeks ago who believed there were testing issues in the background - but not after today. GLA
Is it me and my oversimplification, but does the SP have greater stability when the CEO is in the Lab compared to when he is at conferences. If so, let the science do the talking Sir and they will come to you. GLA
