WTI is simply following two rising trend lines at the same time the lower is currently at $53.65 and the higher $56.30 - hence the more or less constant volatility between the two.

The channel is narrowing so hopefully we will get more defined upward direction soon.

Yes Brent is pushing up again - it just needs to help push the SP over 20p then I think we could be up and away again with 22p the short term target by the end of the week..

Brent isn't offering much momentum to Enquest at the moment - it is slowly just drifting down - awaiting API data and any comments from Trumpet in his State of the Union "show".

For long term holders the confirmation that Kraken problems are AK and weather related rather than field related are a great relieve - when these are resolved and DC4 comes on line Enquest could dramatically surprise the market !!!

Not nearly as bad as I thought !!!

The December figure is worked out by 4 days at November rate plus a full 525k load.

The January figure is worked out by one full 600k load plus 7 days at 29k.

The market hasn't lost trust - it is simply waiting on developments - like the rest of us - patience is required as always in cases like this.

Heather Knutsen is due for an offload at Captain Oil Field before going to Scapa Flo for a STS on the 8th Feb - after that she would be my favourite for Kraken.

Navion Hispanica is more than likely going to Alvheim.

Other tankers are in transit or dry dock.

I am still hopeful that the bulk of the extra 400-600m will come from a strategic partner or accelerated bookbuild - at that point stage 2 should be in the bag and the company will be much more attractive for outside investment.

I also hope that CF will think of the existing shareholers and give us a little rights issue at a good discount to the current share price - say 1 share for 15-20 held at around the 12-15p mark.

Shuttle tankers are all engaged at the moment - looking towards next weekend or more likely early the week after for load #31.

Last load was 21st January so AK is probably just over half full now.

The head of Grant Thornton is correct - the auditors remit doesn't extend any further than cursory checks unless they suspect fraud. It is up to Senior Management to make sure no fraudulent activity takes place.

This off course begs the question - when the FD is bent, what then??

I just hope that Sirius tag on a little rights issue to give the existing shareholders the chance of some heavily discounted shares - say 1 in 15.

I think that that is exactly what will happen - Sirius have said that as soon as stage 2 has been agreed in principal the extra funding needed will be raised and spent before the stage 2 debt funding is drawn. With equity from a strategic partner or accelerated bookbuild that can be done very quickly.

Totally agree - Ocado need the technology projects in the pipeline to be up and running and generating good revenue before they consider selling their cash cow.
