After what will likely be a big devaluation its probably worth holding onto the shares because the company will very likely be taken over in the not so distant future.

As shareholders, I think we should welcome this, it does no harm reevaluating future strategy and large share holdings are welcome, as long as Corvex don't go OTT and create division. Hopefully this will kick start a recovery back towards 3200.

It seems it will be possible to trade shares when the company becomes LTD but not definite.

Interactive Investor say they will probably be able to list the LTD in my portfolio, so presumably other platforms will as well?

However, regulations don't allow an ISA listing, so in my case that will mean that Interactive Trader will transfer the holding from my ISA to my trading account.

Companies manipulate their finances all the time, but not on this scale - the Directors certainly should be investigated.

But, the real blame must lie with the auditors - they have clearly completely failed to give their oversight.

There is supposed to be tighter regulation to improve oversight regarding auditing by the The Audit, Reporting and Governance Authority (ARGA).

However, this organization hasn't been launched yet and the existing Financial Reporting Council (FRC) doesn't seem to have much authority.

The Company itself is answerable to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) - it seems Companies House just handle the reporting of accounts, not their content,

With the large shareholders increasing their percentage holdings and the retail holders left massively diluted.

Its probably just a simple sell, if we get a chance, and a reminder to always spread risk with AIM investments.

The deal with Weichai was expected, it has been for around five years now.

This is great news for long time holders.

Its not often we get a chance for two bites of the cherry - a big thank you to all those that shorted CWR and pushed the SP down and to those that pushed the SP high into oversold territory, to give us this second windfall.

John would be foolish to raise expectations with the US economy in so much peril.

The US economy is likely to face a big challenge in the coming months with the collapse of tech stocks, the US housing market and political stability.

Smaller companies in the real economy are already feeling the strain - meanwhile the tech giants continue to build the AI bubble as they invest in one another with hardly any return - they are in effect one big company now.

I don't see any justification for the fall in the SP as a result of anything that TRX have done.

Growth and profitability may be slow but that's got more to do with the nature of the business.

Its the badly timed selling of the stock that's caused the problem, as it often does with small AIM stocks.

For small shareholders, many of whom are down, like me, around 70-80%, its simply a waiting game for better times and a reminder not to put too many eggs in any AIM basket.

All looking good for a long overdue recovery in the SP.

Note - when the SP rises and the shorts get squeezed, they become buyers to offset at least some of their losses - this of course drives the SP even higher and is probably what we are seeing at the moment.

The real test for a more permanent recovery is still to come over the next few months.

The SP is still scrapping the bottom thanks to reverse sentiment re the cyber attack - I guess shorts are still playing their part.

Certainly a good time to buy as long as you can hold past the current problems.

My guess is that the SP will be back towards 400p around Christmas as sentiment improves.

No need to over analyze here, the business is sound, giving great product to those that can afford to pay - not everyone counts the pennies.

All AIM shares are a long term gamble - the value is here, so on that basis its a hold.

However, I certainly wouldn't buy into this sector at the moment because of the US link - to much uncertainty created by Trump.

Will continue to hold and wait in hope for the golden bullet.

Its the US consumer paying the tariffs, also there are reports that as a result of the changes to medicare and its impact on US health care that Medical Insurance rates in the US are likely to double. I would say that there is nothing positive about Trump's policies for the US medical sector.

As for the recent rise in the SP, maybe that was just triggered by investors buying the stock because it offered value.

UBS are a new investor with just over 5%

That means that using rivaldo's figures around 75% of the shares are in sticky hands - great news!

I think patience is the key at the moment, just wait for the issues to resolve themselves.

The SP is I think at the low end of the long term valuation and will recover close to 400p later in the year or early next.

The shorts could still drop the SP lower though.

Don't jump to conclusions that the fall in SP is all related to the company.

The medical industry in the US has been torpedoed by Trump's medicare cuts with some hospital's cutting back and others closing.

The algorithms will be pushing all shares in the sector down.

Its all guess work based on investors taking advantage of events to maximize profits.

MKS has certainly been badly derailed by the cyber attack and as usual in these circumstances the SP has suffered a bigger blow than is justified.

I would say that it may continue to fall as the institutions do what they are good at and continue to pile on the pressure.

At some stage though MKS becomes a bargain and all types of investors pile in and an SP of £4 by Christmas will be widely touted.
